Now Adisyn and Aidan can perform and record like a rock star with the Record & Learn KidiStudio™ by VTech®. They have had so much fun exploring all the different buttons and instruments that come with this. This KidiStudio also lets you sing along to 40+ songs, melodies and sound effects in Rock, Hip Hop, Jazz and Techno styles with a real voice-changing microphone.

                         

They spend a lot of time recording their own made-up songs, which they perform for me later. I love that they are learning as they are playing. Music is an essential part of life, and both my kids love to sing and dance. They both definitely love this.

You can also either do freestyle play or follow along. On Follow along the keyboard will light up where and when they need to press the keys. This is a cool way for them to learn how to play the songs they follow along with.

The keyboard itself is very durable and well made. The kids have a couple of different options on the keyboard besides piano. There are buttons to make the piano play saxophone, violin, steel drum, trombone, and alien. There are also 4 different sound effects, which are pretty cool. There is a guitar shred, dj scratch mix, drum, and cymbal.

     

There are also several different classic kids songs but are done to different styled beats than normal. For example The Wheels on the Bus has a techno vibe, while Are You Sleeping has a hip hop vibe. Hey Diddle, Diddle has a jazz beat, while Row, Row, Row Your Boat has a rock rhythm. This is one of the coolest toys I've seen in a very long time.

                           

This 'Record and Learn' Studio lets my kids record their own noises, giggles, speech, and songs. I even caught Aidan holding it up to the TV and recording the Chipmunks movie Chipwrecked. He loves that he can make HIMSELF sound like a chipmunk or a monster by altering his voice with the keys above.

This is an amazing toy for any child who loves music and creating, even my 11 year old stepson liked this. This is a great way to get them involved with music at an early age. The light-up buttons help teach them! We love it.

Aidan LOVES both dinosaurs and remote control cars, so I knew he would love the Switch & Go Dino. Vtech has combined two of Aidan’s favorite things into one with this, and he loves playing with it. I don’t think he has stopped playing with it since it came. What little boy wouldn’t love a car that transforms into a dinosaur at the push of a button?

This is a super cool learning toy as well. In dinosaur mode, it tells your child random dinosaur facts. It has an LCD screen that displays animation eyes for the dinosaur & animation driver for the race car. I thought that was pretty awesome.

The remote is easy to hold for both my son and 5 year old daughter. It’s easy to figure out and manage even for the smallest kids. You can even use the turbo charge lever to charge his turbo boosters. Then, press the turbo boost button to give him a burst of speed!

I love it because it is very well made with high quality materials- I don’t have to worry that it’s going to break or fall apart. It’s heavy and durable, unlike some remote control toys. It was also super easy to set-up. It takes all AA batteries, which is a plus. I don’t like getting toys that take special batteries, because they are harder to find and can be expensive.
