My Christmas Award *yay*

I want to thank Skylar for this amazing award. She is like the blogger version of Santa. She has been watching us closely to see who is in the Christmas Spirit.

“I have been paying close attention to all of the blogs I have been following. I looked at whose blogs were the most decked out, Christmas related posts, Giveaways and Reviews, arts and crafts and other things as well. These are the people who I think have shown the most spirit this Holiday season.”

Christmas Spirit means a lot to me also. It isn’t about presents or all the commercial “Christmas”. Christmas for me is spending time with the ones I love and care about. Even when I was young I never truly cared about gifts. I would love what I got, and show that I cared about what I got. I teach my kids to be the same way.

It is certainly amazing to have my mom tell me that she is proud that my kids are the only “grandkids” that appreciate what they have and get. I just feel like people stress out so much on the buying part that they forget about the family part. Whatever it is that you may get, it’s the thought that counts. They try, and you should truly appreciate the efforts they make.

I am truly glad to have received this award, and from the bottom of my heart I say..

Here in Kentucky, it has been freezing {and actually snowing a little} the last couple of days. I hate the cold. I love the beauty that winter brings, but I am definitely not one to go outside in the winter unless it’s a necessity. Even then, I am bundled to the max.

This blanket seriously feels like a dream. It makes me feel like  I have escaped the freezing and landed in a 5 star hotel with one of those awesome bathrobes. It is just an amazing feeling to be wrapped in it’s sleek softness.
It is VERY heat catching. It keeps me SOO warm. Makes me not want to get out of bed in the morning =) But it’s lightweight, so it’s easy to bring in the living room, or maybe a football game.

It was so big that it covered my couch and was STILL hanging over. My new ♥♥.

Nice Rakc Handbags Review

I am like crazy in love with all things totes and purses. There was never a time in my life when I wasn’t. I am a “collector” as my husband says. I have too many clothes, shoes, purses, books, and anything else I decide I like.

I especially love getting upcycled and handmade bags. {& Vera Bradley ones, of course}

This is trendy, looks very sturdy {won’t rip easily} and big enough to hold the essentials. I love the color and the accessory. Would be great for the fashionista in your life that doesn’t need to carry her life with her in a purse {as I do} lol

Clutches-

There are so many that I like. They are all so unique and fashionably made. Great colors, Great scheme, and Great designs.

 

I love how she adds designs on the fabric to give it that extra pop. If you were to own one of these, you’d be questioned about it’s whereabouts where ever you went. Classy and Fabulous.

Shoulder Bags

Here again are detail oriented designs. She puts her full potential into every bag she makes. That is what makes  her shop so special. She adds oomp to the designs that just draw you in, and snags attention.

 

She uses contrasting fabrics to give the bags an awesome “buy me” sign to me. I love that she put chains as the handles.

Big Wristlet

I love brightly colored anything. Whether it be fingernail polish, clothes, or bags. This is something I would definitely buy.

Top Handle Bag

These bags are made for bigger items in the purse. They vary in size and design. Here are some I think are awesome.

Convertible and Hobo

Hand painted Philly logo on the red Convertible and Phillie city outline on the white one. Isn’t that awesome?

She also has hand painted ties listed. I think this one is so cute. I love that she does this. Who wouldn’t want that tie? My hubby doesn’t even wear ties {He’s a foreman of a tree trimming Service} But how could I resist that?

When you have children, you know what it’s like to be pushed away from your partner. Not only physically but mentally as well. When your getting pooped on, threw up on, and have slobber and boogers in your hair- you tend to not feel quite as sexy.
