Susan Brown’s Baby All Natural Dead Sea Salt Foot Soak & Foot Therapy Cream

clip_image001[4]

If you are a mom or a mom-to-be, you know what foot pain is all about. When your pregnant- your feet and ankles swell so badly that you feel the need to prop them up at all times. If you are already a mother, chasing kids is what makes the pain so bad.

I am on my feet most of the day, except for when I’m writing. I have a really rowdy 3 year old to chase until 3:00, and then after that- it’s a 3 AND a 5 year old. So my feet beg for me to pamper them and make them feel better.

Susan Brown’s Baby and Mama products are all natural, are priced very well, and use only the best ingredients. I received the Dead Sea Salt Foot Soak and the Foot Therapy Cream.

First, you use the Dead Sea Salt Soak. You fill up a bucket with warm/hot water that is large enough for both feet to fit in. The water should fully cover the tops of both feet. Put the Dead Sea Salt soak into the bucket before your feet. Mix it up a little, and then put your feet in and relax for 10-15 minutes.

The relaxing part isn’t hard to do with this foot soak. It has a peppermint smell, which is very invigorating and relaxing. I could immediately feel myself releasing all the stress from the day. My feet practically broke out in applause!

When you’re done soaking your feet in the heavenly mixture, bring your feet out of the bucket and place them on a dry towel. Wrap the towel around your feet for just a second to absorb the excess moisture, and then pat them dry.

Take each foot and apply the foot therapy lotion. Use as much as you need/want, it is a very luxurious cream that instantly softens and rehydrates the foot skin. Massage this into your skin to give your feet extra relaxation and to give it time to soak into your feet.

My “Me” time is very rare. Usually I have to wait until the kids go to sleep- which can sometimes be pretty late. Thank goodness Aidan started school and I have them on a routine of heading to bed at 8:00. So at about 8:20, I can start the foot soak and unwind.

Adding a foot soak 2-3 times a week makes me feel like I am totally at the spa in my own home. Which is an extra nice addition to my bath routine at night. I am LOVING how smooth and soft my feet have been. I put my socks on right after I get done applying the foot therapy cream. This locks the moisture in!

My feet feel 10x better. I am now able to relax my entire body- feet included! The lotion is creamy and thick and smells incredible; like peaches! YUM! My feet are now smooth as well as pain-free!
