Review: Magic Tap Drink Dispenser

We’ve all been there at one time or another—especially when your children are very small. They like to be independent and think they can “do everything themselves”… which leads into giant messes made when they try and pour their own drinks.

Magic Tap by IdeaStream is very easy to use. You just add the batteries (after washing it beforehand) and put it on top of your milk or juice jug. Then your child can go into the fridge and put their cups (AND even bowls) up to the jug and get the excitement of pouring their own drink without the mess.

You don’t have to worry about them picking anything up, so nothing gets dropped or spilled. They just put their glass up to the lever of the Magic Tap and the fluid comes out. Nothing to it! Easy for them, easy for us!! Can’t beat that!

All it needs is 2 AA batteries, so there isn’t any assembly required. You take the top off your juice, water, or milk container and replace it with the Magic Tap. It’s a rubber-like top that fits right over the top and encloses nicely (while leaving room for the jug inside your refrigerator).

-carbonated beverages

-beverages containing pulp

-beverages containing 40% alcohol or more

-beverages containing Sarsaparilla or Sarsaparilla emulating flavors (root beer)

-beverages beyond their expiration date
