The holidays are right around the corner, I can’t believe it, but it is! It doesn’t seem like this year should be almost gone… but <sigh> it is! So, that means Holidays back to back. In no time it will be Christmas—have you thought about what you’re going to be getting those people on your list?

I stopped abruptly at these necklaces! They are beautiful! They are called Tree of Life or Family Tree Necklaces. My mom ended up buying herself a Mother’s Day Ring with her 3 kids birthstones in it this year. SOMEONE broke in and stole it, so when I seen this I KNEW that she would love it. I knew it in my heart! I couldn’t replace what had been stolen from her, but I could do my best to make her feel better!



The necklace arrived within just a couple of days and was packaged nicely AND carefully! I opened it up and was amazed at the beauty that this necklace contained! It NOT only has MY birthstone along with my brother and sister, but my son, daughter, and niece! I was SO excited I was jittery, waiting for her to get off work so I could surprise her!



She is going to kill me for posting these pictures because she had just got off work. She had tears in her eyes when she seen what it was. She was definitely heartbroken when she noticed that her ring was missing, so having a necklace with her KIDS and GRANDKIDS birthstones in it meant a lot!

I want to introduce you to an awesome Etsy shop who makes handmade jewelry, with an equal awesome owner. =)

Jooniebeads Treasures is about giving every woman the chance to feel special, every day. My goal is to create a host of pieces that add a little something to the daily jeans and Ts or top and slacks and then throw in a bit of sparkle for those special occasions and keep doing it at prices that the every woman can afford.

About Amy- I think the fact that I hate writing about myself probably says more about me than I could ever say in words, but Ill give it a shot. I am an Army wife, retired homeschool mom, artist. I love to read and travel, I would rather be on the beach with my husband than anywhere else. For now though I am usually at home working on my Etsy shops, out honing my photography skills or curled up with my cat reading a good book. We recently moved to Fort Knox, Ky, after 6 years living in Texas and Georgia the cold has me shivering indoors a lot, so I have plans for my shops to grow.

My Review*

I truly believe that a woman should feel beautiful every day of their lives. Not just holidays or special occasions, but every minute of the day. HOW? Wearing jewelry you love of course. When you are wearing something that makes you FEEL confident, you are more likely to BE confident.

I was sent the Dangling Hearts Earrings to review. These earrings are made with gold, silver, and copper  hearts dangling from an antique chain. These earrings are an $18 value with only $2 to ship. An Amazing deal if I must say so myself.

As you can see in the picture, it has clasp backs. I love this. I don’t even want to mention how many LOST earrings I have because they just had the regular hook backing. These STAY put no matter what. I even fell asleep in them after a hard night of work, and NO LOST EARRINGS.

I love that they match everything I own. You can wear these earrings with any outfit combination and it wouldn’t look out of place. They just naturally go with everything because of the metals. Even though they ARE made from metals, they aren’t heavy. They don’t weigh down ears and make you feel like you need to take them off after a couple of hours.

I have an allergic reaction to most earrings and other jewelry. I get these little red bumps and my ears itch like CRAZY if I don’t get the right kind. These are obviously the RIGHT kind, because no itchy red little bumps for me.  

I enjoyed wearing them. I love the dangle and heart mix. So classic yet so elegant. I had tons of people say they loved them and planned to purchase some in the future (for themselves or for others).

Even if you don’t wear dangles, your sister, daughter, cousin, best friend, or someone else may. These are the PERFECT gift. I loved the way Amy packaged the earrings. They were sent in a box with the cutest little ribbon and personalized owl sticker on it.

I really love all of her handmade jewelry. It looks so classy and stunning and yet isn’t expensive at all.

 

 

I love that she mixes it up. She uses metal, fabric, plastic, and wood. This makes shopping fun. I could choose an item for each of my friends, family, and even would be a great teacher gift. (How is there an easier way to shop) when you can find it all in one place and pay low shipping prices?

She makes everything. Whether it be necklaces, bracelets, earrings, or rings.

I really love the turtle earrings and asked Adam to buy them for my birthday next month. WHY? Because when my son was a tiny baby (during the first ultrasound) he looked exactly like those turtles (I SWEAR). =)

I also want to buy the Blue Glass Pearl Bracelet for my mom. She would love it, and is always looking for classy items that aren’t going to break her.

I loved working with Amy. She has such an amazing talent, and she is nice as can be. Shipping was WAY fast. I wasn’t expecting to get anything for at least a week. NOPE.. Mailman showed up unexpectedly. I love that! Ordering an item and it showing up before you THINK it will? Yes, sir. I’m all for that.

I also love that there are so many ways to pay. I only have a paypal account, and there have been plenty of shops I couldn’t purchase from. They missed my business because they didn’t accept paypal.
