Pretty Girl Makeup Review

Pretty Girl MakeupBath and Beauty Products - sugar scrubs - bath bombs - soy candles - makeup - lipsticks - eye shadows and more
About Pretty Girl Makeup

With clever names such as Rich HusbandParty Shoes, and Pretty Girl LunchPretty Girl has succeeded in developing a full line of fabulous cosmetics that give every girl just want she wants in the form of beauty, while bringing a smile to her pretty face.  Pretty Girl celebrates everything that is fun and unique about being a girl, no matter what her age!
Developed by celebrity FORD makeup artist, Christina Flach, along with her team of some of the most experienced chemists and industry experts, Pretty Girl’s products deliver results with wearable makeup that always work well on their own or as a compliment with some of your other favorite products.  According to Mrs. Flach, “As women, we always like to try and experiment with different colors to express our mood or feelings and I know that with Pretty Girl we have something that every girl and woman can relate to and express herself with.”

Pretty Girl Makeup offers high quality lipsticks, lip gloss, blushes, bronzers and eyeshadows. We also offer bath products such as bath bombs, sugar scrubs, soy candles and gift packages. Pretty Girl is all about fun. It celebrates everything that is fabulous about being a girl! I have worked hand in hand with industry experts to produce the highest quality product available, combining vitamins, minerals, and essential oils.
I got to review 3 products from Pretty Girl Makeup. Aloe Vera Shea Butter Cream, Lip Gloss Treatment, and the double-ended smoky eye brush.

Aloe Vera Shea Butter Cream

Yummy Mummy Vanilla Sugar Scented Shea Butter Cream
Vanilla Sugar Scented
Yummy Mummy Vanilla Sugar Aloe Vera Body Cream is loaded with soothing Aloe Vera and Shea butter to give your skin the nourishment it needs to stay extra pretty! Ideal for pretty mummies on the go to help with stretch marks, tired swollen feet and dry skin.
I received a small sample jar of the Cream. It looks like a tiny moisturizer tube or lip cream. The lid stays on very well. So if you want to throw this in your purse, to use for later, you don’t have to worry about it spilling out everywhere.
Although I don’t have stretch marks on my stomach, I do have them on my boobs. I went from a small B to a large C while pregnant with Adisyn. Although I wish I could have kept them =), They went back down after the pregnancy, and left marks.
This smells like it would be a lip balm or something, because it smells so wonderful. It rubs in easily, and isn’t gooey or too thick. You can smell it all day. I used it to rub on my hands and feet as well as the stretch marks. This can also be used to help sunburn in both mommies and babies.
This was amazing as a dry skin ointment. Vanilla Sugar amazement! ♥

Pretty Girl Lip Gloss Treatment
Comes in 4 fabulous shades that are suitable for all skin tones. A wonderfully heavy gloss with a long lasting formula that allows lips to stay glossy through all your Pretty Girl activities: lunch, business meetings, workouts, shopping, being mommy, cocktails and romantic dinners! Not only does this gloss provide a seductive sheen of color, it gives lips a moisturizing treatment.
Oh Honey! is the one I received. It is the perfect shimmery gold, and is named after Karen from Will & Grace. (I adore the show, and especially love Karen). It is made with Macadamia Nut Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter, and Grape Seed Oil. So it is only made with all natural products. =)
I just recently started wearing lipstick. I didn’t use it before because I couldn’t find the perfect shade. Pinks and Reds just aren’t my thing. Then I found a light brown shimmer that really brings out my face complexion.
The lipstick said it had built in moisturizers, but after only an hour or so, I felt it dry out. So I was reapplying it and adding chapstick or lip gloss on top. Most lip glosses make the lipstick run. This lip treatment doesn’t.
I add this lip treatment on top of the lipstick and I am set all day. The lip stick was kind of dry before, but with the lip treatment- it is moisturized and keeps my lipstick on very well.
You can also use this without a lipstick to get the perfect lip gloss look. It is quite thick, but that’s the answer. That’s how it doesn’t run and doesn’t fade within 30 minutes.
Double-Ended Smokey Eye Brush
Double-Ended Smokey Eye Brush
Two-in-one tool that you can use as an eyeliner to line the upper and lower lashes, the other end to add shadow in the crease of the eye or all over the lid.
This was my favorite product. I have a ton of mineral eye shadow, but the brushes weren’t holding onto the eye makeup very well. If you have ever put mineral eye shadow on without the right tools, you probably ended up with eye shadow on your face.

I did, it would drop onto my cheeks, or under my eyes. And if I already have face makeup on- I don’t want to have to try and wipe off the eye makeup and re-do my entire face and eye makeup.
This brush is AMAZING. It held onto the mineral eye shadow extremely well. I didn’t have drops on my cheeks or under my eyes. Only where it was supposed to go.
I loved that I could flip it and use the straight edged side for eye liner. I have a pretty gray (smoke out) I use on my lids and then use black (black death) for the liner. I was never actually able to use black death all that much because it was too much as an eye shadow, but is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME as an eye liner.
This tool lines PERFECTLY. All you do it dip it in the mineral eye shadow and then press to the lining of your eyelashes.
I will NEVER give this up- EVER. I love it too much. This is the perfect tool for using with mineral makeup.
Buy It: You can purchase Pretty Girl Makeup right on their website! The lip gloss I reviewed is $18, The Brush $26, and the Aloe Vera Yummy Mummy Cream $27 for the 8 ounce.
Make sure you don’t forget your best friend, mom, or sister on their birthdays or Christmas. They have an awesome gift box packages for each one. =)
Shipping was very fast, reliable, and everything was just the way it was supposed to be. Customer service was very friendly and quick to respond. I loved everything about the company.

Niche Premium Hair Care Review #natural #organic

Luxury Hair Care

I had the chance to review the 8 oz. Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner in the plastic bottles.

You can choose from the plastic or aluminum bottles. The aluminum bottles are $5 more, but they look so awesome.

The smell- The smell is absolutely amazing. As soon as you open the bottle all you can smell is vanilla icing. Smells just like it.

The texture- It feels much like a dream. Even in your hands it feels silky and smooth.

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for several weeks now and my hair has definitely become more manageable and silky. I love that it doesn’t leave my hair weighed down. Most moisturizing shampoo’s and conditioner’s do this to me.

The extra products in them, make my hair feel greasy and I have to re-wash it in just a small time period. When I use a shampoo and conditioner, I want something that is going to work without the greasiness. Who wants greasy hair?

It absorbs not only into the hair follicles easily, but also into the scalp. I love this. I have always hated how conditioners weighed down my hair, so I just started using conditioner on the bottom part of my hair and leaving the scalp out- Until Recently.

Kukui Nut is a concentrated superbly hydrating weightless moisturizer. It is well known for its rejuvenating and soothing effects without leaving oily residue behind. It has always been used in Hawaii, and just recently discovered by America. It is great for all hair types - even fine hair!

I also love that it is sulfate free.

Sulfates have been getting a lot of negativity recently. It is causing damage to hair follicles that is isn’t repairable. It is also said that when entered through the skin it maintains residual levels in the brain, lungs, heart, and brain. This could possibly cause damage if used long term.

So any cosmetics and cleansers that do not have Sulfates are a plus in my book. Niche is 99% organic and all natural. I even used these to wash my son and daughter’s hair.

I love the quality for the price. Who doesn’t want the best for less? I would rather pay for a product I love, rather than pay for the high advertising on one. These Niche products are high quality and yet aren’t too expensive. You can buy the shampoo and conditioner (8 oz) right now for $20.

They have more than just moisturizing hair products- they have plenty to choose from.

Strengthening Shampoo and Conditioners, Volumizing Shampoo and conditioner, leave in conditioners, and styling products.

If you enter “Special” at checkout. The special ends today.

About: Niche (Pronounced Neesh), is a collection of overly idealistic lovers of all that is hair and hair fashion. Niche is a Canadian Hair Products manufacturer, and not just a distributor, and therefore has total control over its process and products. We use this awesome power to make sure our products are of such quality that we can sleep at night knowing we’ve done our best for our clients.

Niche is a new company, but is also a division of an established organics laboratory which has been manufacturing some of the best organic product lines in the world for 20 years. We thought it was about time we had our own “Niche” and this is how we became Niche, the hair care company.

Niche Professional Hair products is based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. A city of amazing beauty and charm. A city which loves our environment and is passionate about protecting it, as we are at Niche.

Niche is not the usual corporate entity. Niche’s products are made right in our own city and our ingredients are sourced locally.

Niche is at the forefront of packaging change in promoting and using aluminum instead of plastic. If you don’t know why we would do this, just look up Great Pacific Garbage Patch, here’s a link to Wikipedia to get you started:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Pacific_Garbage_Patch

Why Choose NICHE PREMIUM  HAIRCARE?

  • We are a lab which, for almost 20 years, has specialized in organic formulations.
  • We use very high concentrations of ingredients like USDA Certified Organic Tea Tree Oil, Lavender Oil, Shea Butter, Essential Oils and Botanical Extracts.
  • Our products contain an average of 98% organic ingredients, with most being over 99%
  • You don’t pay for brand name advertising campaigns, you pay only for the extremely high quality products you receive.
  • High end salons and spas carry these products because they recognize the value represented in quality products.
  • You cannot find higher quality hair care products at any price.
  • In economic times like these, can you really afford to pay top dollar for products which spend far more on advertising than they do on their products? We don't think so.

Lady Soma Renewal Serum Review

I had the opportunity to review the  Lady Soma Renewal Serum. The Serum is designed to penetrate into skin using a concentrated dose of Hyaluronic Acid, which is known as the “renewal formula” for promoting cellular production and hydration. Designed for smoother, glowing skin.

The bottle is a classy little clear bottle with a pump action top. I love that it only releases tiny drops at one time. With this serum a little bit goes a long way. You take a couple of drops and rub it into your face and neck skin after washing.

You can use this morning or night, or both. I used it probably more than directed because it is an awesome make-up primer I think. I would wash my face in the morning, let it dry and then rub the serum in. I’d let that dry for a minute while brushing my hair.

Then, I’d sit down to put my make-up on. I love how it protects the skin. I felt like it was keeping the make-up from clogging my pores, while holding it in place. Hours later I would check my make-up and it would still look as fresh as when I put it on. I love that.

I have been using this for quite a while, and am addicted to this. I don’t see how I could ever find something that works this well.

My skin feels smoother, feels tighter, and my pores seemed smaller. It smells awesome, and is even has a silky feel on your fingertips. It feels like tiny little silk bubbles that your rubbing into your skin.

I love that it is organic. I love all companies that try and make their products safe. I don’t want to rub something all over my face that has a million chemicals in it. This is made from Witch Hazel,  Organic Aloe Vera, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, and fruit extracts.

This is definitely something I would like to add to my daily beauty routine. Something that I feel helps build the cells in my skin, and enhancing the collagen and elasticity, I truly love Lady Some products. Every single product I’ve tried has wowed me to the end.

If your looking for organic face care, Lady Soma is the place to go. They also offer a Skin and Nails treatment that I will be writing the review on this week. I love them all. Very good quality organic products that smell good and work great.

About:

The Renewal Serum penetrates deep into the dermal layer of the skin to repair damaged skin. The serum stimulates the development of new skin cells with the power of Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin A. The formula diminishes the appearances of lines, minor scars, age spots, and sun damage for fresh looking skin. It may be used as a skin brightener to restore complexion and enable an even skin tone.

Diane Lai Natural Skin Products Review #organic #natural

I was fortunate enough to get to work with Diane Lai products for a review.

I was sent 4 items for review. I received the Soothe All natural moisturizing cream, rejuvenate all natural daily moisturizing lotion, the body wash, and the Moist Lip Balm (unscented).

The Moisturizing Cream-

it has a clean soap smell and comes in a plastic bottle with a pump action top. It only gives as much as you need out of the pump. It doesn’t overload you with so much that you have to wipe it on a towel or washcloth.

I not only used this as a face moisturizer, but as a make-up tool. I went to get me some new foundation. I was in a hurry and chose one that is a little darker than my face. You can tell too, so I used this as help.

I would squirt some foundation on the sponge, squirt the cream on top. Rub them together, and it cut back on the color. Just enough that I needed. It was exactly the shade of my skin. I really liked it.

You can use the cream not only for adults, but for kids and babies as well. This is an organic product with no chemicals. I wouldn’t be surprised if you could use this as a soother for rashes in babies.

The Rejuvenate Daily Moisturizing Lotion

Also comes in a plastic bottle with a pump action top. It is a larger bottle than the cream, and gives you more when you pump the lotion out. Most lotions these days have tons of dyes and fragrances that contain chemicals you would never even think twice about putting on your skin.

Now that most consumer’s are going towards organic and natural- the companies are hearing the calls. They are creating safe to use products that contain nothing but organic, natural products that not only help your skin but is good for it.

The lotion isn’t greasy, or very watery. It seems to have the substance that I need as a lotion. I am ALWAYS seen with a bottle of lotion in my purse. I hate having dry hands, it gives me goose bumps. This pump action lotion makes it easy to throw in my purse and head out the door.

I don’t have to worry about it squeezing out in the bottom of my purse, or the bottle busting. The top closes perfectly around the pump top, so it doesn’t just pop off.

It doesn’t have a fragrance, it just smells like a “clean” smell. I also used this on the bottom part of my hair as a “fly away” tamer. The organic products keep hairs in place and keeps them from frizzing up on me. Because it is lightweight, it doesn’t give my hair a weighed down look.

I loved both of these products. I thought the product was VERY high quality and was awesome because I can also use it on my kids.

The Body Wash

The Body wash is made with shea butter, lavender oil, Pomegranate extract, leaf extract, and ginseng extract. You can smell the citrus mixed with lavender when you pop the top of the easy squeeze bottle.

It is clear, which means no dyes or synthetic fragrances. It is thick (but not too thick) and silky feeling. It suds up well, making bubbles easily. It is awesome that I can use the same body wash for myself and my kids.

I usually buy a separate for them because of all the additives in mine. I also squirted a little under the water for a bubble bath for them, and it worked well. Not filling the bath with suds, but enough they could splash and play.

The Moist Lip Balm (Unscented)

It is made with fruit oil, honey, coconut oil, organic white beeswax, and olive oil.

The Lip Balm did keep my lips moist. I always have dry lips. I tend to also carry a couple chapsticks around in the pocket of my purse. I lick my lips, they dry out and crack. They end up burning, which I hate. I don’t mean to make my lips dry out, it’s just a habit I’ve had for awhile now.

I had to press down on my lips harder than normal because it is all natural products, but it did work well. It didn’t break up or fall off in the tube, so it is blended quite well. I wish it had some kind of soothing effect, like a mint blended in, but this chapstick is just for everyday use, and not for extreme chapped lips.

I love that these products have no dyes, no chemicals, no synthetics inside. I love that they are all natural, organic products that are safe to use even on the baby. It is hard to find a product that you can use on both.

Disclosure: This isn’t a sponsored post. All opinions are my own, and not persuaded in any way, I did receive products in exchange for an honest review.
