Since
fall time is quickly arriving, it’s time to start thinking of ways to be
creative! Since the weather will be getting cooler you’ll be stuck inside more
often, which means more time to craft the day away and have fun with activities
you normally wouldn’t be able to do. So start creating a list and if you’re
having trouble figuring out the right activities and crafts for you to do, get
some instant inspiration by reading below!
Bird Watching
Since
the season is changing, this also means that the clock is ticking. Many birds,
such as hummingbirds will be migrating soon. Have fun bird watching and dig out
your binoculars out of the closet. It’s time to find out when and where they
will be migrating so that you can watch and observe all that their migration
patterns are all about.
Leaf Pressing
If you
love nature, why not go on a hike and pick up and collect some of your favorite
fall leaves? With their stunning colors, it would be pleasant to keep them as
keepsakes. In order to preserve their loveliness and vibrant colors, enclose
them in a book. However, use paper with a wax coating to preserve their shading
and after a while the leaf will be fun to use during a winter project or just
as a bookmark in your novel!
Guitar Building
Another fabulous fall time activity is building a guitar!
Discover products that will help you build
your own guitar and have fun playing a guitar all autumn and winter long!
By the spring, you’ll be a guitar playing pro. Plus, with all of the books and
DVDs available, building a guitar will be easy.
Scrapbooking
Do you have a cabin nearby? Pack up all of your scrapbooking
supplies and plan on creating an early Christmas gift for friends and family
members, while you’re at your cabin. Plus, there are several different crafts
to make, from creating a family book to developing personalized jewelry.
Pumpkin Carving
A favorite fall time activity for kids is pumpkin carving,
with adult supervision and help of course. Take your kids to a nearby pumpkin
patch and they will love checking out all of the pumpkins and deciding which
ones they want to take home. Around Thanksgiving time and Halloween time there
will be pumpkins surrounding your home that will brighten your home up with
character and color, depending on whether the pumpkins glow in the dark!
