When you’re in college money is already tight. Buying textbooks that you’re only going to use for one class can be pretty expensive. Unless you want to keep the book, you’re going to want to re-sell it right?
The textbooks I bought when I was in college got me about a quarter of what I actually paid for them. These companies would try and get me to take their offer of something ridiculously low. I’m pretty sure I’d rather keep a book then sell it back for less than 25% of what I paid for it.
Now you don’t have to worry about buying, reselling, and accepting extremely low prices. Campus Book Rentals now allows you to RENT your textbook and then return it when your class is over.
There is absolutely NO shipping either way, so it’s free shipping to YOU and back to the store. How awesome is that? They have the largest selection of books that you can find from a college textbook rental place.
The best thing about these book are that you can TREAT them like your own. You can highlight them and write little side notes in corners, as long as you don’t highlight entire pages or make it so the next person who rents the book can’t read what is written by the publisher.
You can track your order as it is being shipped, so that you always know where it is and what day it will arrive. You can even refer friends to make a little money to spend on rentals. This is a winner for all.
Psychology is still one of my favorite subjects. I would probably rent some just to learn more about the amazing mind. Abnormal Psychology is available for only $19.82 and wouldn’t be due until 12/21. Isn’t that awesome? You can even choose another due date..
Instead of spending $200 for 1 book- just spend $50-60! They even buy textbooks, so if you have any extras laying around that aren’t in use, make you some cash!
Campus Book Rentals Give BACK!
First off, we’re keeping our partnership with Operation Smile. They are an awesome organization that performs life changing cleft lip surgeries on children whose families could not otherwise afford it. The long term improvement in quality of life for the children that receive these surgeries is almost incomprehensible. We’re honored to support the children of Operation Smile.
We’ve also set aside $90,000 in textbook scholarships to be distributed to students in communities just like yours. That’s a lot of books, and we hope to touch a lot of students who could use a hand.
