The jar comes in individual packages of 12 pills in each package. You take 3 full packages a day. 1 package each at Morning, Lunch, and Before bed.

You have to allow 3 weeks in between cleansing cycles and you have to drink a lot of water during your cleansing week. You can use this with a balanced diet to suit your needs.

This eliminates all the toxins in your body, so be prepared to be visiting the bathroom more often (just a warning). I mean- how else could the toxins come out?  This is a detox system that eliminates the toxins by using pure all natural plant ingredients. So that although you are detoxing, you aren’t using chemicals to do it.

I know that my body definitely needed this! I drink WAY too much coffee and have to take medicine each day to control my headaches and bipolar. So- I definitely needed to clean my body out.
