I have worked with LoveTrueNatural before, and I really love the products they sell. They carry natural products that work wonders. I love that they have the best customer service and are very helpful. If you ever need ANY kind of help you can always email them and they respond very quickly.

This time I received two pieces of mineral makeup from their Benecos Line. I was sent a mineral liquid foundation and a mineral powder foundation. I chose the Nude Liquid Foundation and the light sand powder foundation.

Benecos Creamy Liquid Foundation

The liquid foundation goes on very smoothly without looking like it has been caked on. It's coverage is absolutely unbelievable, and it is so creamy and smooth. It covers everything; old acne scars, scars, zits, redness, rosacea.. You name it, they got it covered (literally). The foundation looked like a second skin. It lasted forever it seemed, with no running, no smearing, no coming off in certain spots.

It covers up redness and dark circles without looking like it's covering anything. I had people tell me that my skin was flawless, because they thought I didn't even have makeup on. Most mineral liquid foundation is either very thick or too thin to cover anything. This was the perfect consistency to look natural, yet hide all those spots that don't need to be shown in public.

The makeup is pure vegan and organic and doesn't contain any wheat. I'm not allergic to wheat, so it wouldn't be a problem for me, but some people do and it would be an issue for them. It is a certified organic, and has the label to prove so.

The color I chose is for fair skin, but they have other colors, so you don't have to worry if you have another skin tone. They have something for you as well, and you can get the best coverage available as well.

Benecos Mineral Powder Foundation

The powder foundation is also exquisite at hiding imperfections. I usually use both at the same time, and it still doesn't look like I have any makeup on. It blends so well with the color of my skin that it just looks natural. This is the way that all makeup should be, although it isn't. I've seen too many references to being rolled in Dorito's on facebook here lately. I have no idea why women and girls think that if they apply a darker toned makeup that their skin tone is automatically going to look tan. It doesn't and their face looks absolutely horrid.

I can get the tanned look and I don't have an olive or medium toned complexion. The trick to this is to use an absolutely amazing mineral makeup. Use the liquid and then the powder foundations, and make sure they are the same color as your skin tone.

Then use a mineral bronzer and a bronzer brush to slightly brush your cheeks and the places where the sun would naturally touch your face. This gives you a suntanned look without looking like an oompa loompa.

Both of these products are wonderful. The liquid foundation is amazing at coverage of all the unwanted redness, scars, black eyes, puffiness, and anything else that doesn’t need to be there. This creamy, lightweight formula does more than a regular foundation without all the icky smells and it cleans up very well.

The mineral powder foundation is great at blending in and making your face look flawless. It doesn’t seep into pores to cause acne like non-mineral makeup. It leaves your face feeling natural and yet beautiful. You don’t look like your makeup is caked up. I love the coverage that this gives and how it doesn’t sweat off in the middle of the hottest part of the day. I don’t have to keep reapplying it.

How to use Moisturizers for a Glowing Skin

Believe it or not, all moisturizers are not the same. In an effort to save money a lot of companies use
chemical ingredients that can be harmful to your body. With prolonged use these creams can actually
dry out your skin and promote early aging which directly contradicts the point of using them. Before you
take your next trip to the beauty store, reading these tips will give you an idea of what to stay away from
as well as how to use moisturizers to produce the naturally radiant skin that we all desire.

- Stay away from Parabens! In recent years dermatologists have begun to ring the alarm about the
widespread use of synthetic preservatives, in particular the chemical Paraben. If used on a regular basis,
skin creams containing these ingredients have been known to cause breast cancer as well as prostate
tissue damage in men. Unfortunately this ingredient is used in the vast majority of creams as it is very
cheap to manufacture. A far safer alternative would be to use moisturizers that contain vitamin E
instead. Vitamin E is a natural preservative and also a vital nutrient that we need in order to stay healthy.

- Do not use petroleum based moisturizers. Yes, chances are you probably own several products,
including moisturizers, that are based on petroleum. These are a big no-no if you want healthy and
youthful looking skin. This is because petroleum is a mineral oil which cannot penetrate the skin. Instead
of moisturizing and rejuvenating, petroleum clogs up the skin and stop it from being able to breathe and
expel toxins. Because of this, prolonged use will actually dry out your skin and lead to earlier aging.

- Apply your moisturizer when your body is still damp. Beyond a doubt, the most opportune time to
apply your moisturizer is when you have just finished taking a warm shower and toweling yourself dry.
Doing this is important because during the day our skin naturally dries out as we go about our day to day
activities. Applying your moisturizer when your body is still damp will help to lock in the extra moisture
and give you a natural head start to your day.

- Be consistent with your use. Many people only use their moisturizers when they notice visibly dry and
flaky skin. But yy then the damage to your epidermal layer has already been done. The best thing you
could ever do for yourself is to prevent this from happening in the first place by using your moisturizer as
much as you can. This does not mean over applying it, but instead applying it consistently every day and
it will only be a matter of time before you get the healthy and radiant skin you want.

Borghese Hair Care Review

Borghese Modena Moisturizing Shampoo & Borghese Modena Moisturizing Conditioner have a light, warm scent that I can’t really put a finger on. It seems like there is a hint of vanilla, although it doesn’t really SMELL all of vanilla. There is something else in it, but I’ve never smelt a combination like this before. I really like it.
The Modena Moisturizing Shampoo Enriched with Aloe and Pro-Vitamin B5 provides deep repairing moisture to dull brittle hair and restores body and sheen. The Modena Moisturizing Conditioner provides smooth feel and shine to dry hair. Improves color depth and longevity and protects against heat damage while styling.
These leave my hair silky smooth, very easy to manage, and not weighed down like some moisturizing shampoo’s. I really love that I don’t have to wash my hair daily because it doesn’t make my hair oily. Even on the third day, my hair looks the same as it did when I washed it. This is from someone who must wash hair daily, usually.

Borghese Milan Volumizing Mousse. The Milan Volumizing Mousse offers outstanding volumizing benefits to straight hair and smoothing defining benefits to curly hair. I really really like this mousse. It is light and doesn’t make my hair stiff, although it holds extremely well. It is easy to use, and doesn’t take too much to get the job done. I have used this in two different ways and it worked perfectly for each.
I used this on slightly damp hair and crunched it up. It made my hair look like I just came from the beach with perfectly amazing waves. The only other hair product that I’ve had WORK on making my hair wavvy (I have naturally straight hair) is Aussie Sprunch, and although I liked it- my hair felt stiff and never once budged an inch.
With this mousse, I can get the acquired wavy look without the hassle of having hard, non-moving hair. It looks perfectly natural and yet holds as well as a hair spray would. I love it!
I also use this before blow-drying and it makes my hair have tons more volume and looks so sophisticated. I have never had this from a mousse before. Most of them didn’t hold very well. This mousse is very foamy, and doesn’t have a problem mixing in my hair.
This is an awesome volume mousse, it works very well. My hair is in the middle of being fine with a little volume to it, but not enough that I don’t want more at some points! Besides adding volume, this works very well to speed up the blow-drying process. It makes the blow-dryer work so quickly!




The Borghese Giovanni Volumizing hair gel is infused with botanical oil and Pro-Vitamin B5 provides super hold, high shine and superior humidity resistance,
Directions: Rub a small amount between the palms of your hands and apply evenly to dry hair. Comb through and style as usual.
Out of all the hair gels I have tried in the past, this one is the VERY best. The other hair gels would make my hair stiff and it wouldn’t look naturally styled. I hate my hair being stiff, so therefore I didn’t keep with the other gels. This hair gel has a very strong hold but doesn’t make my stiff.
Other hair gels would take a long time to dry and my style wouldn’t stay in place before the gel would dry. This gel dries very quickly, letting my style hold in place without being stiff and knotty.
It smells the same as the shampoo and conditioner which is a warm light scent with a hint of vanilla. This gel is very high quality but yet doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I love that the names of the products are so unique and classy.

Borghese Salermo Silking Hair Oil
The Salermo Silking Hair Oil with passion-fruit seed oil encourages healthy hair growth, improves shine and color depth. Restores moisture to dry, limp hair. I love this. I have used plenty of Hair treatments/oils that claimed to tame the frizz in the summer months and reduce the amount of static, but haven’t yet found one that didn’t leave my hair oily, greasy, and looking like it hadn’t been washed in a week.
This is perfect. I can use this when I’m blow-drying, straightening, or just letting it air dry. My hair has never once felt oily or greasy, and it still has it’s just been washed look. It tames the frizz (even in the sweltering heat).
Most products that help tame frizz also make my hair greasy and look unwashed. This Hair Oil never has. I put it on my hair when it’s damp, and it only takes a dime size amount to go over my entire hair!
I can use this before I blow-dry and it looks like my hair has been professionally salon blown dry. My hair still feels lightweight and I can’t think Borghese enough. It’s hard having oily hair and finding products that don’t add to the oiliness.
I can also use this before I let it air-dry and my hair still looks shiny, smooth, and manageable. Even without blow-drying it, it still doesn’t add any weight to my hair, and doesn’t make it look greasy like other hair oil’s.
I really like this Hair Oil, and I recommended this to my mom. She recently got her hair permed and it tends to frizz out a little. So, when she put this in her hair, she had nothing but curls. No frizz, static, or fly-aways!
Overall.
I love the packaging that these products have. I’ve never seen any hair products in brown bottles. They look so classy and stunning. These would be perfect for a hair salon, because they are the highest quality yet don’t cost an arm and a leg.
All the products have a clean spa scent. And none of the products are over $20. I love that these products are so cheap, yet they have the quality of expensive products, and work just as well, or even better.

My Thoughts*

 

I have been taking Prevagen for an entire month, and I have felt that it did help me to concentrate more than before. I can now sit down and read for hours (even with kids acting crazy in the background) and remember every single thing I’ve read.

Before taking Prevagen, I had a hard time concentrating because it was always up and down, getting up from the book and getting the kids out of something and then back to reading- I would lose my place and have to start the page all over.

As a writer, I need that extra focus. Sometimes, I need to sit down and organize and think clearly about what needs to be written, what needs to be reviewed, the blog posts I need to write, and so on. Before, I would lose interest after a short amount of time because of all the distractions, but that isn’t a problem at all anymore.!

Now I can read and be interrupted, and continue where I left off, with no problems whatsoever. This also tends to lift my mood and make me feel better. It seems to lift the “fogginess” from my brain that I get every now and then. I get into moods where I don’t want to do anything because I get such bad headaches. After taking Prescription Ibuprofen 800 and the Prevagen, my headaches have gone away, and life feels so much better.!

I have also noticed that I tend to sleep more soundly now, and feel as if I wake up more refreshed than I ever have. Usually I feel groggy and disoriented for awhile, because my daughter, Adisyn, still wakes up during the night. So, I’m not getting the deepest level of sleep. Now I can wake up, take a Prevagen and feel significantly better.

My energy level has boosted as well as how organized I feel inside. I have always have rapid thoughts because of my bipolar. I couldn’t concentrate on one single thing for an extended amount of time. Now i can sit down and do the tasks at hand without my brain going haywire and malfunctioning.

My thinking has been quicker, and I feel sharp as a tack. I’m only 23, but I like to stay on top of things. I don’t want to be up in the years, failing to remember, having problems doing tasks that need done, or having issues with memories.

I will absolutely put this in my daily regimen of vitamin pills. You can’t be too cautious these days about side effects of medicine, but Prevagen hasn’t had any. There is no letdown to taking this medicine. The only ingredient is apoaequorin.

For use as a mask: Smooth a generous amount evenly over damp skin, avoiding eye area. A rich foam mask will immediately form on skin. Leave on for 1-2 minutes. Rinse well with water by massaging in a circular motion. Use mornings and evenings.

I used this as soon as it came in the mail. The bottle looked amazing, and I couldn't resist just using it upon first sight. The bottle is clear glass with a pump top and you can clearly see the green liquid Mask inside. Looked very classy and appealing.

You can use this on dry skin (as a mask) and leave it on for 2-5 minutes. When the cleanser is dispensed into your hand- it feels like any other cleanser, but you can feel the unique texture! It feels like putting mousse or shaving cream all over your face. When it starts drying, it tickles because it creates these tiny little bubbles that pop all over your face. I like it. I've never had a face cleanser feel like this before.

The mousse isn't necessarily green though. It's white with a slight green tint. It smells refreshing- like cucumbers and melon. It invigorates my skin, makes it feel fresh and moisturized, without any oiliness. I love that it can be used as a Cleanser AND a mask, so your getting twice the face care.

As soon as I put it on (as a mask, on dry skin) I just keep massaging it into my face for the 1-2 minutes that it is on there. After the first 30 seconds of rubbing it in, it becomes invisible, so it isn't on your face like a regular face mask. You don't have to keep it on as long as regular face cleansing masks either. Usually it's 10-15 minutes. With this cleanser, it's 1-2, or if you want- 5, but no longer than that.

I can put this on my face as a cleanser (on damp skin) and it also works very well. My skin feels smooth, soft, and no oil anywhere. I have naturally oily skin, so I love when products benefit my skin and help instead of making the oiliness worse.

I can tell that my pores have unclogged (the ones on my nose are the worst) and seemed to bring out even the deepest blackheads. This DOES dissolve makeup very well. It doesn't take minutes of hard scrubbing or pressing hard for it to do it's job.

This has made my face naturally healthier, and definitely more supple. I can say that this is one of my favorite skin products that I've tried this year.

It's amazing that this can also double as a shaving cream. Not many cleansers can claim to do that. Although I have used many of body washes as shaving creams when I ran out and forgot to go to the store. They didn't work quite as well as this does though.

Because it automatically reduces redness, it helps with redness, irritation, and razor burn. It's soft but yet strong enough to do 3 jobs! I mostly use this as a mask though, because I love the way it feels on my face. I've used it as a shaving cream, but would rather save it for my face.

I've used it in all three ways and it's high quality face care without a giant price tag.

My Thoughts*

I like that there are only 9 ingredients involved in this wonderful little tube. There isn’t a long list of ingredients that may contain harmful chemicals that will eventually hurt you. It is sensitive enough for contact wearers and those with sensitive eyes, yet is SO strong that I never once even had to check whether it was still there or not.!
I love how this doesn’t just paint your lashes. The formula that it is created with creates a tube that covers each individual lash. It holds tightly, so you don’t have to worry about it running or smearing once it’s applied. I have tons of mascara and this is by far the best one out of the bunch.
The wand is small enough to get every single lash, without fail. The mascara doesn’t clump up, and it easily washes off in the shower. Even if you aren’t taking a shower before bed, just wash your face as normal and the warm soap and water will get it off.
I love that there isn’t a huge mess of paint on my face after taking this off, as with other mascara’s. I never get raccoon eyes, and I don’t have to worry about getting it everywhere. It’s more “wet” than other mascara’s, so you have to work fast to get the desired look.
For a natural look, just do one layer of the mascara. If you are looking for dramatic, sexy eyes- apply the mascara one eye at a time, making sure you hurry and add a second layer only seconds after the first. If you let the tubes dry before adding the second layer, your lashes aren’t going to be as pretty as you thought. If you hurry, there’s nothing like it. No other mascara can compare to this.
My other mascara’s are totally lonely, sitting in my makeup bag untouched since I received Blinc. I have never used anything like this before, and love the volume I get with this. I have always had long eyelashes, but other mascara’s made the lashes clump together.
Not only are you getting a great mascara, but you’ll also be saving money on makeup remover and remover pads. Plus, this Mascara is all natural vegan.!
Totally impressed and will definitely purchase in the future!



The Eyebrow Mousse
Blinc eyebrow mousse is the original innovation that holds eyebrows like a gel, tints hair AND fills in sparse areas with water-resistant color. It contains ingredients clinically studied to decrease fine lines 67% after six weeks and increase skin’s moisture by 53% after one week. Once applied, it cannot fade, run, or smudge. Remove with any gentle makeup remover.

My Thoughts*

I didn’t particularly like this, but it wasn’t the Mousse, it’s because my eyebrows are so thin that you could tell that there was colorant on it. I let my mom try it, and she loved it! She said that it never faded all day! She works 8-9 hours a day and the mousse was still in-tact when she returned home.
It didn’t run or smudge, which is what she was afraid of. She thought that she would look like a clown at work with colorant dripping from her brows, but that wasn’t a problem at all. She said that she used hot water and soap to remove this, so you don’t HAVE to use makeup remover.
She said her brows looked amazing all day, it filled in the spots were hairs were thinner and looked ghastly. She said that it definitely increased her skin’s moisture, but didn’t make her skin oily underneath. She never got zits or anything from the added moisture to the brows.
Although this product wasn’t for me, those of you with thicker brows would love this. I don’t know why I keep my brows so thinned out, but I think it’s because I had a mishap in high school with a eyebrow thinner and it shaved off half of one of my eyebrows and it never grew back the same. So now I keep it thinned out so you can’t see that the brows grow in patches!

Maid to Please- Heaven on Earth! Maid Services

Here recently, I’ve been thinking about hiring a Maid once a week to do the Heavy Duty stuff, so that I have more time for work, the kids, or just relaxing. Maid to Please kept popping up, and although it isn’t in my area, their services seem spectacular! Maid Services in Reston VA

When you have a career and family AND have to clean house and cook and all that, it’s hard to juggle everything all at once without becoming overwhelmed and stressed out. My kids are small enough to be tornado’s though. They can wreck havoc in a single second. They can undo 2-3 hours of hard work cleaning and scrubbing within a very short amount of time.

Even if I didn’t hire the Maid for a once a week thorough- I definitely was thinking of having someone come in and clean my apartment after the move next week. I will be out completely by next Friday and have to set up 2 days just to clean carpets and mop floors. Get everything just right so that I know I can get my deposit back. I am hoping and praying that it comes through for me. I could definitely USE that money for something useful! Moving is expensive.

My kids don’t have a place to play here though, and they hate it. I’ve lived in the same apartment for 3 years, and I think it’s time I got out while the getting’s good. Plus the kids got new bikes that they are just itching to ride!

Maid to Please also offer their customers the freedom of choice. Not everybody is the same, and they understand that. Some customers may not have kids, and work tons, and just need the basics once or twice a week. Other customers may be overworked moms who need a break from the cleaning and need it more than twice a week. That’s why it’s such a great deal that they let you choose your own time slots of when they come and how often you need your place cleaned.

They have a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one time, and even move-in, move-out cleaning services. Where there’s functionality and flexibility, a customer has all the choices in their hands. They are calling all the cards, so how could it be better?

They also offer you to choose which chores your cleaners do, and they even have a place on the website for you to place special cleaning instructions! It all sounds so awesome for me. I do wish I lived closer to Virginia, so I could get their services.

There aren’t any BIG companies that are within my area, so I guess I’m going to have to go with a small hired hand!

You plug in the straightener and set the desired temperature. The plates heat up in less than one minute.

To straighten your hair, just take a section and make sure the section isn't too thick.

You can also use a hair clip to put aside the upper half of your hair so you can work on the bottom half first.

Start straightening from your roots (not at the scalp) and slowly work your way down to the tips. Repeat as many times as you wish for the look you desire! Straightening your hair too quickly will only waste your time and energy.

This straightener is lightweight, so it is easy to take anywhere you wish to go. It is small enough to fit inside a travel case, but it comes with it’s own travel box that will easily fit inside a larger purse or a duffel bag.

The designs on the box are absolutely genius and very modern and pretty. I love that they took the time to make sure that the packaging had wonderful designs on it. It open up to hold the straightener and has magnetic pieces inside so that it clamps together without your straightener falling out.

Inside the box, it shows you the directions of carefully handling the straightener without burning yourself, or hurting yourself in other ways. For example, Don’t use beside the bathtub, make sure that the straightener is unplugged after you use it, and do not leave down so kids can get a hold of it.

I love that it heats up extremely fast. I have had other straighteners that took up to 5-7 minutes to get all the way hot. This takes up time, and when I am in a rush it would leave me flustered. With this straightener, I can plug it up, brush my hair, and when I’m done, the straightener is ready to go.

I always put the top half of my hair up in a hair tie, so it makes it easier to get smaller parts of my hair. If you try to straighten it too fast, or straighten strands too thick- it isn’t going to work like you want it too. Even though you have to straighten hair in smaller pieces, it still doesn’t take very long for me to get the job done and my hair is long.

I love how my hair looks so healthy and moisturized even after straightening it. Most straighteners scorched or pulled my hair. This one is nothing but the best.

I straighten my hair everyday (just about) and needed a straightener that wasn’t going to burn or dry out my hair. Most straighteners would smoke and leave my hair dull and dry feeling after awhile. My hair looks and feels healthier than ever before!

I don’t like straighteners that catch my hair in the plates and rip it out or break it up. This didn’t! Never once did I have an issue with my hair getting caught in the plates!

(First Day)

This keeps my hair shiny, soft, with no frizz (Even in the sweltering heat of the summer). I can wake up the next day and just brush it and go. Even 2 days later it’s still manageable, but I have to wash it and re-do it because my hair is naturally oily.!

(Second Day) AND WINDBLOWN and not brushed after)!

I am very amazed with this straightener and LOVE that they have different color choices. They have pink, black, and purple!

Not only does it work AMAZINGLY well, but it cut my straightening time in half. Before using this I was spending almost 45 minutes straightening, and now it doesn’t even take me 20 minutes!

I’m in LOVE and would definitely recommend this straightener.

Chella Skin Care Review

Chella sent me two items from the skin care line, and I must say that I am very impressed with both of these items, and now I can’t part with them. These will definitely be in my daily routine from here on out, not only do they work amazingly well, but they smell absolutely divine.

Balancing Mask: Clay & Seaweed Treatment

My Thoughts*

This Clay & Seaweed mask is light green and smells amazing. I love how a little bit spreads very well. You don't have to put a big giant glob into your hand for this to work.

It dries quickly but yet doesn't stop working after it has dried. I leave this on for the whole 10 minutes and sometimes a couple minutes longer. My face doesn't feel dried out but my pores seemed smaller and more clean than they were before using this.

It dries up acne and reduces redness. I haven’t had one breakout the entire time I’ve been using this. It has reduced the size of my pores significantly. The pores on my nose are the ones I have the most problem out of. They are the biggest, and seem to always contain blackheads.

I have tried many, many products specializing in blackheads, and only a few of them worked, but none worked as well as this did about drying the pores out and seemed to shrink them in size.

This is only a once a week treatment, because it dries up acne and blackheads, and if used too much, can dry out the skin. So it’s recommended that you only use it once a week and as a spot treatment when needed.

I have used this for about a month now, and am super impressed with it. I have used it as a mask and as a spot treatment, and it has worked well with both. It reduces the redness of the zit, as well as shrinking it in size, so it’s easier to hide beneath makeup.

I love this mask, not only for it’s quality, but for it’s quantity. I only needed about a dime size to rub over my entire face and neck. You leave it on for about 10-15 minutes and then wash it off with warm water.

I would advise you to buy a muslin washcloth, because since I’ve been using one- It seems like I have less of a mess to clean off my face when working with any face cleanser or mask. You just wet the cloth with warm-hot water and then rub the cloth in circles. Not only it is designed to also help with acne and blackheads but it feels amazing.

I have used the muslin cloth every time that I’ve put the mask on, and my skin feels as smooth and silky as a babies, without any overproducing oil or blemished popping up.

I praise Chella and their skin care line. They know how to make a woman feel absolutely beautiful and like they have a spa right at home waiting for them, whether it be after a hard days work, sweaty workout, or just to have some form of relaxation!

This does amazing effects with mineral makeup. I can do mineral face makeup and eye-shadow, and then spray this on my face and have it set perfectly. It never smears or makes It run. I’ve never had such an amazing smelling makeup primer.

I use this tons throughout the day. Even though I have naturally oily skin, this doesn't leave my face feeling greasy, no matter how much I use it throughout the day. It's like a natural skin refresher. It rejuvenates my face, wakes up my skin, and smells amazing.

The packaging is absolutely beautiful. It comes in a white/ deep orange that also goes with the bottles of the product. Even the box that it was mailed to me in had a deep orange coloring inside.

Customer Service was absolutely wonderful at all times, emailing me to make sure I had received the items and were enjoying using them. I really did. I also loved that the company went above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied. YES! I was and will be a continuing customer for as long as I live.

There are so many other products that I hope to be able to try in the future. They all look amazing and offer something different. I want to first dry and day and night creams. They offer 2 types of day cream (one for combination to dry skin and the other for combination to oily skin). It has the daily dose of Vitamin A, Provitamin B5, C, and E nourish, while grape seed extract softens and fight free radicals.

Jack Black Men’s Grooming Care Review

I received 4 items from the Jack Black’s Men Grooming Line. Adam needed something to help him. His face hair grows back so fast and so thick that it’s hard to keep it in line. He shaves and within the next day, he has stubbles again. I figured if we could get something that helped to smooth the hair down that maybe it would help him.

My Thoughts*

Adam works all day using his hands. He is a foreman for a tree-trimming service in our area as well as Northern Tennessee. He is used to having rough hands, and would never even think about using one of my lotions that tend to smell like brown sugar, flowers, or anything that smells like a woman.

There aren’t many men care/grooming products on the market. Not many that actually appeal to men anyway. Adam seemed to like this. Although there isn’t a fragrance listed, you can smell the natural products in this. It smells manly..

Because of the sunflower seed and Vitamin A & E, it is a natural skin healer and soother. The vitamins are natural skin smoothers, and help to keep the skin soft and from cracking. He says it even stays on after he washes his hands!

Supreme Clean- Triple Cushion Shave Lather

My Thoughts*

This looks like a fancy looking whip cream that shines. Adam put this on before shaving and there wasn’t any knicks, cuts, or razor burn at all. I was amazed at how well this worked and how little he had to use. He used about a quarter sized dollop and it spread over his entire 5 O’Clock shadow and the strays.

The razor seemed to just glide over it without any mishaps. He said that this worked better than any shaving cream that he had used, including name brands. When he buys shaving cream, he goes through it in no time. His hair grows WAY too fast, so he has to shave almost every day.

Not only did this products work well, but it gave him a closer and smoother shave, so he didn’t have to shave as much and risk razor burn, ingrown hairs, or missed spots.

I liked that he loved using this. Even the packaging looks manly in it’s deep blue coloring and white lettering. We will definitely be buying these products again in the future!

Face Buff Energizing Scrub

Face Buff deep-cleans and smoothes your skin, clearing the way for a closer, easier shave. Menthol and Vitamin C wake up tired skin. Small scrubbing particles open congested pores and sweep away deep-down oil, dirt and dead 85skin cells, helping to prevent ingrown hairs and minimize shaving irritation.

To use: apply a dime-size amount of Face Buff to wet face and work around in circles. Don’t rub too hard- the power of the scrub is built in. Rinse with warm water. Use 3-4 times a week before shaving.

My thoughts*

This is an extremely nice buffer and deep cleanser for men. Adam doesn’t use this everyday like the Daily Facial cleanser, but he does use it quite often. Not only does this clean extremely well, but it’s like an exfoliator for men.

Adam really needed this. He works outside all day in the heat, so naturally he sweats like something awful. He uses this to get the deep down dirt and old skin off so that he doesn’t have blackheads or breakouts from the oil.

This is a liquidy type of buffer, and you can feel the cleanser beads inside it. This is what exfoliates the skin and gets all the dirt out. He only needs a dime size amount to get his entire face clean.

It smells amazing as well. His skin feels so smooth and smells so completely clean. The thing about this is, you aren’t supposed to scrub really hard because the scrub part is built in with the beads!

This is supposed to be 3-4 times a week before shaving (and before you use the shave lather). It reduces the amount of ingrown hairs that grow as well as helps reduce razor irritation and burns.

Adam said it worked extremely well, and that he liked the smell of it. It smells like menthol, but it does help to perk up the skin and reduce redness and irritation as well as razor burns. It is also awesome at helping get the closest shave that a man can manage. This helps keep their hair from growing back too fast and reduces the amount of times they have to shave each week.

Regular soap dries his face out, so he was usually using either my face wash or body wash. He gets woodchips, dust, and grime all over his face and in his hair.

I was excited to give him these treats, because he deserves something that he can use that looks and smells manly. He was using whatever he could grab at the time to get his face clean and all the woodchips and dust off, so I put this right by the sink.

He likes it and has religiously stuck to using it daily. He really likes it, and I am glad he likes it. This gently cleans his face without leaving it oily (like when he was using the body wash), or leaving it dried out (when he used the bar soap). This is a rich lathered face wash that washes clean and leaves his face smooth!

I am glad that these products are sulfate-free and are certified organics. They are also made in the United States, which is also a plus to me. There aren’t any chemicals or fragrances either. Although you can smell the natural products inside the products.

I really loved all of these products. I didn’t USE them, but Adam did and he did nothing but praised them. He told all his friends about them, and seemed to want to keep using them for cleansing AND shaving.

Men need something to add to their grooming without smelling “all girly” as Adam says. He enjoyed using the products and I’m excited that he found something that he liked!

It is meant to be used in a bucket with a regular standardized mop. I filled up my mop bucket with warm/hot water and dropped in the Moppy packet. It immediately started fizzing and bubbling. I gave it a full minute to make sure the packet was entirely dissolved, and then went to work.

I have to say, Moppy is just as genius as the other products that Natural House makes. I didn’t have to use a ton of elbow grease and backbone to get the dirt and spills off the floor. Having young kids that makes ton of spills, this was brilliant.

The Moppy scent is absolutely divine. It smells clean, but it doesn’t overpower. You can tell that it doesn’t have chemicals or bleach in it, although it works way better than those cleaners that do. I was amazed, but then again, I’ve worked with Natural House before and never expect anything less than astonishment when it comes to their cleaners.

My floor was sparkling and smelled awesome as well. There wasn’t any residue or left over soap on the floors afterward. It didn’t take long to dry, and the floors were shiny all week. I was amazed and relieved that I didn’t have to mop every single day!
