Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 Generation 3 Flash Drive Tech Review

clip_image001diclosure-review giveaway

I have never said this before, but I have fallen madly in love with a USB Flash Drive. YES, I said it! The Kingston DataTraveler Ultimate 3.0 G3 64 GB is all around AMAZING ! I’ve been in some very bad situations because of USB flash drives that didn’t hold up to their promise/standard, so I was happy to be introduced to one that did!

I am a collector, a learner, and have TONS of information that I download on a daily basis. I have to have flash drives that meets my requirements. I can’t have it flunking out on me once I’ve stored all my information on it, WHICH has happened! I ended up going to Wal-Mart last year and buying 4 USB flash drives that were 32GB a piece (as well as 2 16GB SD Cards and a 32 GB SD Card). The cards ALL still work perfectly, but NOT one of those USB flash drives do.

image
You know where I made my mistake? Buying those that were plastic and had a retractable tip. That’s all they had left when I went shopping though, and I didn’t think anything about it. THIS (the picture above) isn’t the brand of USB drive that I bought. I just wanted to show you what I was talking about. It’s the push/pull in/out USB Drive. After awhile of using them they kept getting harder and harder to flip out. Then there were MORE issues as the tip was coming lose from the inside of the flash drive and would BARELY connect at all to my computer.

This is what left me in a sticky situation. See, I downloaded EVERYTHING to all my USB drives. This not only saves space and memory on your computer but it helps with the speed. Once you download so much stuff, your computer is basically going to bog down with information and there is no memory left for other stuff.

One day I woke up and was determined to revamp my blog and create an entirely new layout and design. I got the USB drive out, inserted it, and NOTHING! It wouldn't connect for the life of me! I managed to sneak a peek inside and sure enough the USB port was disconnecting from the frame! Did I mention that BEFORE I had these issues, I’d sit for quite some trying to coax them to download my stuff in a quicker manner? S.L.O.W

WP_003882

NOW—onto the Kingston DataTaveler Ultimate G3 64 GB USB 3.0
I will never have to worry about this one disconnecting from the frame for absolutely ANY reason. It isn’t cheaply made, so there isn’t any room for it to start unhinging itself from the inside. It is built with quality and happiness of the product in mind—not making it as cheaply as possible. Instead of the cheap plastic the others are made of, Kingston has made nothing but the absolute BEST! The DataTraveler is built with a inflexible brushed aluminum casing, and the looks are definitely not deceiving! It definitely protects the USB from getting broke or getting dirt/dust in it!

In the box:
  • 1 Data Traveler Ultimate 3.0
  • 1 key ring tie
  • 1 Set warranty in 3 languages
This is brilliance bundled into a USB Flash Drive. This sweet piece of machinery has tons of space on it. You can store tons of data files, pictures, media files, powerpoints, huge zip files.. whatever it may be that you find Important and don’t want to lose—there’s more than adequate space for it on the DataTraveler.

I hate to say this, but I lost almost all my craft tutorials (sewing, crochet, simple crafts for the kids). I had all of them stored on one of the USB flash drives that messed up on me, and there was nothing I could do. I am happy to say that even though I had to start over, the DataTraveler is holding out quite nicely.

image
I spent more than 3 hours the other day re-copying and downloading files to the Datatraveler. This is all stuff that is going to help me grow my crafting business in the long-run. I love the fact that I have room for all the know-how (nitty gritty craft stuff), the business aspect of starting a business, plus taxes and all I need to know about the craft market. All those files I downloaded haven’t even used 1 GB of memory yet! I am SO excited that I have so much more room for other stuff!

I don’t have to search and store on separate USB files anymore, which is SO awesome for me! I can even store a ton of already made mini DVD slideshows that I make that showcases my work. How awesome is that? To have that much quality and space at the same time?

Not to mention how durable it is. I really REALLY put this one to the test. I put it in my pocket and sit on it (didn’t break), clipped it on my keychain (still there), and even left it in my computer for more than 2 days (all the files are still there).

Truly, what amazed me the most is the quickness and accurateness that it transferred the files I was sending to it. How many times have I sit there and watched the progress bar slip slowly by and think to myself “how much slower can you get?” That’s something you’ll never have to say about the DataTraveler. It transfers very large files without any issues at all in the snap of a finger. KA-BAM, and all your stuff is in one spot and ready to GO!

I am definitely thinking about buying a second one for my blog/writing stuff. I have tons of PDF’s, Ebooks, and Word documents that need to go with me on Blog Conferences. The DataTraveler will make it so much easier if I have to work on someone else’s laptop or computer while I am there. If a blogger needs help with a certain “subject” or if I need to download something—It’s all right there with me.

Let Her Inner Diva Shine with LaLoops Minky Cape! Review

WP_003835diclosure-review giveaway

I don’t know about yours, but my daughter is a complete Diva Princess. She loves changing clothes and shoes a million times a day. She has sass. She loves being the center of attention, and it’s possible she thinks she’s a fairy princess at all times.

image

That’s why when I came across Laloops Minky Cape, I KNEW it was going to be absolutely perfectly for my princess in training. It was so adorable, I couldn’t resist. Who in their right mind (as a child) wouldn’t want a cool reversible minky cape? I knew my daughter would enjoy it!

WP_003840

I was very impressed with the quality of the minky cape. Of course, it’s SO soft and luxurious feeling. You could just become captivated by the trendiness and uniqueness of this beautiful cape. My daughter was super SUPER excited to get the Minky cape. She wore it for an entire day straight, I’m pretty sure. Everybody that walked through the door, she had to show and explain that it was “HER” cape.. LOL

 WP_003838

I love the fact that there aren’t any buttons. There is a magnet on the front top that just clasps together to close. This makes it so much easier for her to put on and go without fighting trying to zip or button something (like her jackets).

image

It is available in five different color combinations, so whatever color your little diva desires—she get’s (of course.. shh.) It’s stylish, classy, and elegant all at the same time. It fits most 2-4 year old little girls. My daughter is a bit big for her age (4) yet it still fits her perfectly.

As you can see on my future supermodel, the cape is perfectly reversible. I love that it comes with an animal print fabric as well as a colored one. This means we can flip it to the pink side when she wants to color coordinate it with something she’s wearing. She was EXTRA excited that she can take this with her to school (preschool) when it starts getting cooler.

WP_003836

She lives, breathes, and dreams color—so this is perfect for her! I LOVE the fact that I have something to keep her warm on Halloween. I always hate that we have to cover up their costumes with jackets and coats because it’s cold during October here. Now, we can definitely still dress her up as whatever she wants and not have to fully cover it up when the time comes.

You no longer have to worry about the hassle of sleeves, zippers, buttons or snaps and forget about sliding and bunching in a car seat or stroller.

6 Tips for Moms to Stay Clean and Beautiful While Camping

6 Tips for Moms to Stay Clean and Beautiful While Camping

For women it’s tough looking great all the time. It’s very important for a mom to maintain her beauty in the wilderness when camping with the family. You don’t have to look like you rolled out of bed every morning. If you can stay clean and pretty while outdoors, then anything is possible.

Moms will have to leave behind their electronic hair straighteners, curlers, and other tools that keep their hair looking good. Instead they’ll have to endure the humidity, constant weather change, and fresh air.

Here are a few tips for moms to stay clean, beautiful and stylish on the family camping trip.

1. Make Your Husband Buy a Great Tent

The tent you choose for your family camping trip depends on the age of your children. Parents with younger children will certainly want a larger tent with dividers to stay close to their kids. Keeping a watchful eye on the little ones is necessary on any family vacation.

But as your children grow older, it’s good idea to have separate tents. This gives parents space and privacy away from their children.

Great tents make a huge difference in staying clean and protected against the outdoor elements. A breathable tent with vents allows any terrible smell to escape quickly. You don’t want to smell badly when returning from you camping trip.

Also, having a three season tent will protect your hair and skin from potential wet weather and keep you cool during heat spells. This protects your beautiful hair and skin from the elements. Drastic weather change can cause skin irritation or breakouts.

Explore and view full selection of tents that will meet your family’s specific camping needs. Choosing the right tent protects your beautiful skin and hair.

2. Use Dry Shampoo

If you’re really concerned about the state of your hair while camping, then purchase dry shampoo to prevent any potential greasy hair episodes. This hygiene product removes greasy oils from hair and keeps your head looking fresh and clean. Maintaining your hair is a large part of the battle to look good camping.

3. Bring an Air Mattress

A lack of sleep can make you look awful. Enough sleep does wonders for your skin, hair, attitude, and overall health. Well rested women look better.

When adjusting to your new outdoor surroundings, it may be difficult sleeping away from your comfy mattress at home. Make the transition easier on you by bringing along an air mattress. This will make a good night’s rest more attainable when camping and keep you looking good.

4. Moisturizer

Applying moisturizer in the morning will help keep your face beautiful and clean. It’s a basic step that also protects your face from sunburn with the extra SPF usually included in the product.

5. Makeup Remover Wipes

Instead of relying on hand sanitizer, water and wash clothes, and other cleaning methods, use makeup remover wipes. It’s tough staying clean when there’s no bathroom or shower nearby. The most noticeable part of your body is your face. Concentrate on cleaning it at the end of every day. It’s a great idea to use these wipes to remove makeup, dirt, bug spray, and leftover sunscreen.

6. Braid Your Hair

French braids or buns are great ways to keep your hair protected and away from harm in the wilderness. French braids are easy to do and they look great. Take advantage of this tip to bond with your daughter and teach her about different braids. Give her pigtails to protect her beautiful hair too. Protecting your hair is as important as facial cleanliness.

Stand Out: Bachelorette Party Time

clip_image002

So you’re in charge of the bachelorette party, uh? When it was my turn, coming up with a fun idea for my friend’s party was like trying to walk through a maze with a blindfold on. I was terrified! I didn’t want to disappoint anyone, especially the bride.

With all of the new and unique ideas with bachelorette parties, it can be a bit overwhelming: which would better fit your friend for this awesome upcoming event? By talking to her, and planning it out, you can come up with an awesome bachelorette themed party, and will be able to crank out a bunch of fun ideas. One great way to guarantee an amazing and hilarious time: creating your own t-shirt.

By customizing your own t-shirt, you’re able to stand out among the crowd, and get the bride to be the full center of attention (which of course, is the whole idea!). There is a whole list of funny catch phrases or saying to include on the shirt, that will get the whole wedding party laughing, and off to a great start.

First, you’re going to want to get the size of all the bridesmaids. If the bridesmaids are scattered all over the world, I found it best to create a spreadsheet (like Google Docs) and have them fill in their sizes. This way, you have it on file, and they can pick whichever size they’d like.

Second, have everyone decide on what style of shirt would be more comfortable for their body type. We all don’t look the same, and we all feel best in different styles of clothing. If the bride is okay with a mix-match of t-shirts, tanks, or long-sleeves, then go for it!

Third, pick the color. Ask the bride which color would be best. Usually the colors of the wedding would be the best choice, if she just asks you to choose. Have the font and the actual background color of the shirt stand out from each other.

Fourth, create your saying. This is the fun part! You want something eye-catching and funny, and something that will get your bride tons of attention! Here are a couple of ideas for you:

· Last ride for the bride

· Causing hell before the “bells”

· He put a ring on it

· Getting hitched, buy me a drink!

· Team Bride

· Last fling before the ring

There are incredible amounts of funny and catchy sayings for your bachelorette party themed, and creating your own shirt is the best way to break the ice, and get the party started. An easy way to remember names if all the girls don’t necessarily know each other is to have each person’s name on the back of their shirt.

So go out, and have a blast! Don’t stress too much about the party, and know that mistakes will happen. Just go with the flow, and you’ll have the best time. Your shirts will have you standing out from the crowd, and will get the bride, and all of the girls, having an amazing time!

Guest Post: Getting Proactive About Your Family's Health

Getting Proactive About Your Family’s Health

Good health habits established early can last a lifetime. The roots of many preventable illnesses – obesity, heart disease, high cholesterol, and diabetes – lie in lifestyle habits that are set down in childhood. In order to help your family stay healthy, strong, and active for their entire lives, you need to get proactive.

Emphasize Preventative Care

Preventative care – visiting a doctor for checkups before you show signs of illness – is the number one way to prevent both childhood and adulthood health problems. Routine vaccinations ensure that your children are protected from dangerous illnesses such as measles, whooping cough, the flu, and tetanus. Regular teeth cleanings prevent cavities, gingivitis, and the need for more extensive dental work.

· Talk with your kids about why they need to visit the doctor regularly. Explain the purpose of the exams and vaccines. Work with your doctor to make office visits as low-stress and comfortable as possible. The less kids fear the doctor, the easier it will be to get them to go today, tomorrow, and twenty years from now.

· Programs such as MDVIP’s comprehensive primary care providers focus on preventing illnesses before they start. Look into this type of supplemental health program to access personalized, one-on-one care for both yourself and your family.

Foster a Love of Fitness

Exercise and athletic activity is another important element of maintaining your family’s good health. Maintaining healthy levels of exercise is about more than just managing weight – it improves lung and heart function, creates better muscle endurance, produces mood-elevating endorphins, and helps regulate appetite and blood sugar levels.

· Get outside and just play with your kids. Kickball, tag, catch, and the playground are all easy and simple activities that give the whole family a fun workout.

· Sign up for sports programs that place an emphasis on having fun, rather than winning. Kids can become frustrated and disillusioned by even their favorite sport when the adults around them put too much emphasis on winning. The goal is to teach kids to love playing, and keep them playing for a lifetime.

Encourage Good Nutrition

Your kids may love high-sugar snacks, but even Cookie Monster knows that “Cookies are a sometimes food.” Science has shown that sugar is actually an addictive substance – and the less sugar you consume, the less you actually crave it. Check out the new nutrition guidelines and plan your family’s meals to include more fruits and vegetables and fewer processed, sugary foods. The fewer processed foods your family consumes, the less they’ll want it – and the more they’ll enjoy the healthier options you provide.

· Get your kids excited about nutrition by involving them in the preparation of their meals. Older kids can slice cheese, while the littles can stir bowls or wash veggies in the sink to their heart’s content.

· Add a drop of food coloring to scrambled eggs or mashed potatoes to make meals more exciting. Let your kids choose what color they want their eggs (though beware of trying to turn eggs purple in particular – the results aren’t very palatable).

· As you prepare the meal, explain what you’re doing and why. Even a simplified science lesson – “the hot water gets soaked into the pasta to make it squishy” – can be fascinating to young minds and get them more excited about mealtimes.

Preventing disease and fostering good health in your family requires that you be proactive. Get yourself and your family in to the doctor for preventative care on a regular basis. Make sure you’re all eating right and exercising - and do it in such a way that gets everyone excited. Cooking, eating, and playing together as a family can ensure that you’re all more healthy now and in the long run.

My Review

Are you a website designer or developer? Learning how to write and tweak HTML and CSS is the first step. After you know how to do that, you’ll need to update your knowledge as technology updates. HTML5 and CSS3 are the updates to the originals, and HTML & CSS For The Real World is an amazing teacher if you’re ready to make those first steps to learn!

The book is easy to read, follow along, and understand. If you’re itching to learn or brush up on HTML5 and CSS3 which includes HTML Markup, Styling, or scripting- this book will definitely lead you to where you want to be!

HTML and CSS (if you don’t already know) are the languages of the web. As we all know- all languages improve as time goes on. Hence the 5 (HTML5) and 3 (CSS3). They both contain new features that the old HTML and CSS do not have.

Learning any skill can prove difficult at times, but if you’re willing to get the right resources (books) and put the time, passion, and patience into learning you can definitely do it. I’ve not only taught myself HTML and CSS but graphic design, sewing, and crocheting (as well as other stuff). It’s having the books that clearly explain in a way that can be understood (and shows the examples and has detail).

This book is more than just a step-by-step tutorial, it’s a hands on, practical guide to using HTML5 and CSS3 in the “real world.” Every obstacle that you might face when designing and building websites are explained and you are walked through them with this book.

If you aren’t understanding why web language is constantly evolving this book helps you along the way to fully comprehending that! There are cool little icons placed throughout the book that will let you know of any tips, notes, warnings, or something that clearly needs MORE attention. When working with something new, this is always a good thing.

This book isn’t for beginners. If you know nothing about HTML and CSS, then you should definitely start at the beginning and work your way through to this book. You’ll need to start out with a book that clearly defines HTML, not HTML5. This is strictly for those that already understand how to write HTML and CSS. HTML5 and CSS3 are just updating the originals, not making something new.

So, if you can look at what’s below and are completely lost and don’t know what it means, you need to start out with HTML.

<!doctype html>

     <html lang= “en”>

          <head">

         <meta charset= “utf-8’>

<title> The HTML Herald </title>

<meta name= “description” content=”The HTML Herald”>

When you build and manage a website or several, you can’t keep them the same forever. You can’t spend all that time designing and building just to never go back and edit and update it. That isn’t how it works. That’s like a homeowner building a brand new house and never cleaning or fixing it. You have to continually keep an eye on it and update it as technology changes.

Learning HTML5 and CSS3 is the next step to learning how to keep up with the ever-changing technological times. You are definitely taking a gigantic leap in your website and web development improvements by willing to take that extra step and learn.

This is an awesome starting point at learning HTML5 and CSS3 because it has a good overview and insight of both. The only thing is that it left me wanting more at some points throughout the book. Although it had a wide coverage, the coverage at times was brief.

I wish it had more detail to the more complex and harder to understand features such as the canvas. This isn’t something that is easy to learn, yet it’s only explained briefly, within the same chapter as the drag-and-drop, which is also hard to learn. They should both have been covered a little more in my opinion.

I like getting the hang of stuff. I like seeing it in action, using it a couple times, and getting a feel for something before I feel comfortable with it. I felt that it should have been a little more in depth with these two things, so that we could definitely feel more comfortable using something so complex to what we’re used to as web designers.

I’d also liked if there were a cheatsheet inside. Something that covered a shortlist of HTML tags. That way if we were coding and writing, we could just flip to that page and find what we’re looking for. I like to be able to quickly reference back to something, so I think it would have made it 10x easier on us if it had had that cheatsheet inside.

Other than that- this book is amazing. It covers a variety of different HTML5 and CSS3 markups.

  • Autoplay Attribute, loop Attribute, preload Attribute
  • Linear Gradients
  • Text Shadow
  • Rounded Corners: border-radius
  • Transitions
  • Animations
  • and so much more.. >

Book Review: After the Crash by Martin Spinelli; Mainstream Publishing

imagediclosure-review giveaway

A deeply moving true story of how a father and son used tragedy to transform their relationship

A young couple, Martin and Sasha, fall in love in a remote corner of the Italian Alps. They marry, have glittering careers and a charming, precocious son named Lio. Then, one beautifully clear Thursday morning as Sasha was driving to work with Lio on his way to nursery school in the back seat, a truck driver who had been on the road for sixteen hours without a break fell asleep at the wheel and hit them from behind. Sasha was killed instantly and Lio suffered multiple skull fractures and a shattered and mutilated left leg. After the Crash follows Lio’s recovery from brain damage so severe he wasn’t expected to walk, talk or even breathe unaided ever again. It tells how this incredibly strong and tenacious four-year-old pulled himself back from the edge of death and the loss of his mother to create for himself not just a “normal” childhood but an exceptional one. With remarkable power and honesty, the book puts us in the room with them as they battle dire prognoses, negative expectations, monstrous insurance companies, and profound grief all in an effort to heal his little boy—a boy that only Martin seemed to know had not lost his boundless potential.

Here is the story of four-year-old Lio's incredible recovery, and how his father Martin and he rebuilt their lives. Much more than a moving personal story, the book is a guide for not just surviving disaster, but mastering it and using it to transform one's life for the better.

My Review*

This is a very down to earth, heart-wrenching story of a man who lost his wife and just about lost his son in the same day. He shows us his life before and during his wife. He shows us who they are, their life, and the amazing journeys they took together.

Once you get to know the people inside the book, it’s hard not to feel so much empathy for him and his son. Losing a wife and mother and trying to rebuild their lives after a fatal car accident takes her too soon.

It shows us how confident thinking and taking OUR lives into our own hands can change our future. All the head doctors weren’t seeing much improvement for Lio (the son) after he was fatally wounded in the car accident with his mother. They thought the BEST that he might be able to accomplish was a mentally handicap school.

His faith in his son’s ability, his love, and his ability to “DO” right by his son. Sometimes professionals may think they know the diagnosis and what is “best” for the patient, but they may not know HOW to best go about that.

Martin, seeing that the loud music as stimulation wasn’t helping his son wake from the coma. At that point he realized that he had to take a stand to show the professionals that quiet time, holding his son was what was right!

I really enjoyed this book. I could never imagine going through the emotional pain that Martin has to face. A world without his wife, a broken shell of his former son, and doing it all by himself. It’s a tragic story that turns into a marvelous outcome. It’s one of praise, self will, and lets you know that the little things in life ARE what mean the most!

Have a Safe and Secure School Year with Master lock 5900D SafeSpace Portable Safe <Review>

imagediclosure-review giveaway

Master Lock is such an amazing company. They’ve been keeping consumers stuff safe since 1921. They are always at the top of their game. They’ve come out with some new and awesome products that are truly amazing.

image

They sent me the  Master Lock 5900D SafeSpace Portable Safe. It arrives locked, with the instructions in the box as to what the combination is and how to set it to your own code. It is set to open at 0-0-0-0 when it arrives.

WP_003479

It isn’t hard to figure out at all. I had it changed within one minute, easy as pie. You open it up (after you’ve entered the 0-0-0-0 code). There is a small lever at the top of the safe. You can either use your finger or a screwdriver to press that lever to the right. I didn’t need a screwdriver, it was easy for me to just use my finger.

WP_003480

The metal lever you see at the top of the page above is the lever. It lets you grab ahold of it without any issues, and while you’re pressing it to the right you set the dials to what you DO want your code to be.

Then you shut the container and mess up the dials so they aren’t on what your “code” is. Let it set like that for a second and then re-dial it back to your code and make sure it opens. I love this SafeSpace because it is small. It can hold a NUMBER of small items that you don’t want stolen.

WP_003481

It’s amazing for holding cell phones, digital cameras, MP3 players, medicine, money, credit cards, and so much more. The safe is absolutely impressive if I do say so myself. I’ve never seen any other safe quite like this one. So portable, attachable, and can hold so many important things all in one.

Now we can go anywhere and our stuff will be safe. Whether it’s the fair, a museum, waterpark, pool, playground, or vacation. This is instant security, and can be attached to anything without it being able to be stolen.

This safe locks (via combination lock) and it has a cable that detaches. You can attach the cable to just about anything; your car steering wheel, your beach bag, purse, something in your house that can’t be moved or slipped inside a pocket(table or a chair..etc.).

It’s water resistant, so that makes it even more awesome. You don’t have to worry about your smartphones, Camera’s, MP3 players, money, or your kids’ Nintendo DS getting wet at the pool or waterpark! You can either wrap it around a bench or inside your beach bag wrapped around a handle.

If you have a kid going to college this year or returning, this would be an awesome gift for them. They would no longer have to worry about their valuables sharing a dorm room with a roommate they may know nothing about.

Send Them Back to School In Style With Frecklebox Personalized Lunchboxes: Review & Giveaway

diclosure-review giveaway

The 2013 school year is upon us, how summer flew by so quickly- I’ll never know. It seems like they just got out for summer a month ago, but it’s been 2 full months already. Summer is my favorite season, so I’m sad to see it go.

The kids are really wanting to hurry up and start school. They are anxious to wear their new school shoes, make new friends, and play on the playground. We already had our orientation here, for both kids. We got to meet their teachers and get accustomed to their room.

Whether your child(ren) are starting school for the first time (like my daughter) or returning (like my son), Frecklebox has everything your child needs to make their school year not only educational but fun as well.

One that is a must have besides school supplies on a childs’ back to school list is a lunchbox. You don’t want to send them to school with a Mediocre lunchbox that is going to need replacing in just a few short months. You need something with quality- that will not only last but that they will love! image

Frecklebox has a wide variety of personalized lunch boxes for both boys and girls. There are cars, fire trucks, sports, and spaceships for boys. Hearts, unicorns, peace signs, chevron print and cheetah prints for girl.

It was truly hard to choose a lunchbox because they are all geared to gender. EVERY single on of the boy themed lunchboxes my son would enjoy. Not only would he love each and every design on the website, he would love that they could all be personalized with his name.

I have always favored personalized items, well.. because they are “personal” to whoever you’re getting them for. When I was younger, I always wanted personalized items rather than plain old regular stuff. That’s the reason, I couldn’t wait to choose Aidan’s and see his face when it came in the mail!

After searching through all of them, I finally settled on the Mod Fire Truck Yubo Lunch Box – Blue. What’s cool about the Frecklebox lunchboxes is that they have 2 different kinds of lunchboxes. They have the old-school type, the metal lunchboxes that can take all the beating and banging a child can give. THEY also have these newer type of lunchboxes which are hard plastic and durable as well.

It was too cute when he seen the lunchbox. He said “yep, that’s how you spell my name.. A.I.D.A.N” now nobody can steal my lunch. We really did have an issue last year with people taking his snack containers. I would go to the school thinking he had just forgotten his stuff, and it wouldn’t be anywhere to be found!

What makes them even more awesome is that everything on the lunchbox comes off! Both sides pop out, and even the handle comes off easy as pie. I love that it is so EASY for me to break down when he brings it home and wash every part of it!  I don’t know how much trouble I had getting the regular insulated lunchboxes clean!

It even comes with Yubo sandwich container and 2 snack containers. This surprised me, I didn’t think it would be anything but a lunch box! Oh, how awesome it was not to have to go out and buy any extras!

I had him test out the containers. They are very easily opened with a slight pull, yet they are snug tight if they are just in the lunchbox. YAY for me, less spills and messes. I imagine if they weren’t snug it could create quite a mess, YET they aren’t on so strong that he can’t manage to open his lunch.

He WAS SO thrilled with his lunch box, and I can say that I am as well. Not only is it high quality but it is easy for him to get IN and OUT of his backpack with ease. It’s easy to wash and easy to snap apart and back together. I love that he can proudly pack his lunch without someone taking it home. I’m pretty sure that there aren’t any other Aidan’s in his class this year (OR last year).

The personalization just makes it 10x better! He loves toting something around that has his name on it! Thanks Frecklebox for designing not only the lunchboxes but putting the smile on the kids’ faces who pack them!

You should also check out their selection of personalized gifts for kids, the holidays are just around the corner—!

About Frecklebox:

“One guy’s name is Scott. The other one is Mark. Both guys dove into the baby making business over a decade ago. Even before that, in partnership, they created a printing and distribution business called Progressive Solutions. Both their kids and their company inspired Frecklebox. You see, as parents, these guys take the job of expanding their children’s minds very seriously. And as business people, they’ve been on a relentless mission to explore the possibilities of web-based digital printing. Presto. Frecklebox was born. Hopefully, a great big Frecklehead family will follow.”
