From Instagram to Snapchat, social media has become a platform frequently used to impress our peers by showcasing the best aspects of our lives, while hiding away our struggles. As such, it’s no secret that extensive social media use can result in some negative side effects when it comes to mental health. But what if I told you that there was a new social media platform dedicated to giving thanks, and helping those in need? Say hello to GoodKarms.

Kinivo WID340 Dual Band Wireless N USB Adapter

kinivo n the box

Disclosure: The items mentioned in this post were sent for review purposes only; all opinions are completely honest.

The Kinivo WID340 is an 802.11n wireless USB adapter that allows you to connect to 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi networks with blazing fast speeds up to 300 Mbps. The WID340 is perfect for connecting computers wirelessly to home routers or wireless networks. This product is even great for those of you who have WiFi built into your laptops, but would like to add an improved signal and range.

  • Blazing fast wireless speeds up to 300 Mbps with 802.11n and channel bonding
  • Dual band support for connecting to all 802.11g/b/n 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless networks
  • Get improved signal, range and fast speeds for your WiFi. It's easy to setup - plug in, install drivers, and use.
  • Compatible with Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7, Windows Vista
  • WEP, WPA and WPA2 (TKIP+AES) encryption for security

My Review*

The Kinivo Wireless WID340 comes with the USB stick, software CD, and PDF instructions. I didn’t need the instructions, because it’s super simple to install. Put the Mini CD (works like a regular CD) inside your CD rom and run the software. Plug the Kinivo Wireless USB into your USB drive and you’re done. Nothing complicated and my internet speed instantly worked 10x better.

Most of you know that I had to get a new laptop after my Toshiba crashed in August. I didn’t have a lot of spending money at the time with school supplies being needed as well. So I chose the Asus Compu 15.6 Notebook, which I deeply regret at this point.

The most frustrating feature of the computer is the wireless capabilities. Somehow the software (windows) blocks the signal of the Wi-Fi. Before I was sent the Kinivo Wireless N USB Adapter, I was struggling just to get work done. I had NO internet more than I had internet. That was horrid because I WORK online. Not being able to access anything was driving me crazy.

The Kinivo Wireless N USB Adapter has truly saved my sanity. As long as the Adapter is plugged in, I get internet access. The only problem is that the computers USB adapters are very loose, and I’ve only had this computer for 3 months. So, as long as I can get the USB port to work, I’m good with getting a connection.

I am super impressed with this Wireless USB adapter. It connects to Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista, XP, MAC, and Linux. This small adapter has seriously been my lifeline to getting work done. Without it my computer will hardly pick up the internet! With it, there has been no dropped signals at all. It boosts WiFi signal immediately after being plugged in.

I recommend you purchasing the Kinivo WID340. No more dropped WiFi signal to the computer right in the middle of a movie, project, or download. The Kinivo adapter helps your computer connect, even if you couldn't get a slight connect before.

Asus Compu X551MA 15.6” Laptop

20141026_234339

I bought this laptop in August 2014, after my 17” Toshiba ended up blacking out and never coming back on. Had I known it was going to surrender and die, I would’ve saved up more money. As a freelancer who essentially SPENDS my days on my computer, I should’ve had more money to splurge on something I desperately needed. But, as a mom- I had school clothes, backpacks, and supplies that had to come first.

20141026_234118 20141026_234306

So I went to Best Buy and was looking at the highest quality computers for less. I had owned an Asus previously and although I wasn’t THRILLED, it did it’s job and was light on the pockets. It ended up tearing up after my son (who was 3 at the time) slammed the lid when I was taking my daughter to the bathroom. The hard drive ejected from the computer, but I ended up getting the ASUS X551MAC 15.6" Laptop anyway.

Tech Specs:  Intel Celeron - 4GB Memory - 500GB Hard Drive – Black.

I was excited to get home and get this bad boy running. After almost a week working straight from my smartphone, I was definitely ready to have a computer again. I wish I had saved up my money and gotten something else though. This has a very cheap look and feel to it. Feels almost like hardened plastic, which I’m sure couldn’t withstand an accidental drop.

If you are looking for something basic, it would be good. Like someone who only needs it to check email, write assignments, or play simple games. It would make a good first laptop for kids or teens who want it to learn as a cheap learning tool. This would also be a great choice for a student starting college, but not for me.

I use mine for working. So I am almost always downloading documents, PDFs, and pictures. I end up saving them to a Flash Drives, just because I am weary of computers. Like I said my last one blacked out WHILE I was working on a post. I had all my scheduled posts that I’d written, pictures, and My Microsoft Office. I lost it all.

I don’t like that in just a short amount of time it is already starting to hesitate when I download stuff, even though the main stuff ISN’T saved on the hard drive, just passing through. I even go through every other week and defragment and still it’s weird.

If you’re looking for a gaming computer, I wouldn’t get this one. It can’t handle games, especially role playing or simulation games. Online gaming is fine, I play games on Facebook while taking a breather from writing. They aren’t a type of game that needs to be downloaded or read from a CD though.

It’s games like Detective Case File & Family Feud. As well as task games like ‘My Cafe”, “Designer Diner” and stuff like that. The computer works fine graphically, that’s not the problem. It the speed that is an issue. When you work from home like I do or play role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons ( I don’t play, just using this as an example) speed DOES matters.

I don’t want to sit around waiting for long periods of time for something to download. Time is money for me, and I don’t like wasting it on something irrelevant. I’m just trying to get my work done with all pictures and videos responding quickly.

How fast a computer processor carries out instructions. In general, faster is better, but processor speeds across brands may not be equivalent (i.e., a 3.0GHz AMD processor may not be the same speed as a 3.0GHz Intel processor).

**My Thoughts:

I am disappointed because the processor seems to get slower with each passing day. I even make sure to transfer all my pictures and documents to a USB flash drive or an SD Card after I’m done with them. I wanted to save as much memory as I could but it’s laggy and crashes a lot.

Battery Life
Not available

Battery Type
3-cell Lithium Ion (Li-Ion) 2600 mAh

**My Thoughts:

The battery life of this isn’t too thrilling. Although I mostly work from home and have the charger right beside me, I wouldn’t really want to take this traveling. The battery-life is exceptionally bad. It only lasts about 2 hours before dying, which isn’t good if I had to go to an event and work straight from there.

DVD Drive/Video

If you are new to Windows 8.1, I would steer VERY clear from it. You can’t use the Disc insert to watch DVDs at all. The Media player has no playback which causes it to NOT play videos, which bites the big one. I tried to find one in the Windows store, but still had absolutely no luck at all. All they did was open the DVD to show me the chapters within it, the DVD still wouldn’t play video.

Even if the DVDs would play, I probably wouldn’t be able to hear the movie. The fan is crazy loud when reading. Even when I insert CD’s for software it sounds like a jet might be landing somewhere near. Pretty crazy if you ask me.

It has an even bigger problem than that. You can’t watch Netflix videos by plugging the computer up to your TV via an HDMI cable. An error message pops up saying there is a problem with the resolution.

You can however watch shows on the computer without a problem. I watch Youtube videos, Hulu, and Netflix on the laptop without a problem. I just don’t like that I can’t hook it up via HDMI to my TV and share Netflix or Hulu with my family. I usually bring my laptop to the doctor office so my kids can watch cartoons (via DVD) while we wait. Now we can’t. :(

Networking
Built-in 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet LAN (RJ-45 connector)
Ability to connect to other devices on a network using Ethernet, Wi-Fi (wireless; 802.11), Bluetooth, etc.

Wireless Networking
Wireless-N

My thoughts: Wifi & Networking

I was impressed with how easily this connected to my home wifi, but it didn’t last long. I don’t know why but even now it will randomly kick me off my wireless internet. I spend hours and hours searching on my Samsung Galaxy S4 trying to figure out why it my wi-fi kept saying “limited connection.”

I would be working on something and then suddenly the yellow triangle would appear above my wi-fi button in the bottom corner of my screen. I tried to trouble shoot it and it kept saying “problems with wireless adapter”. I re-hauled the entire computer at least 4 times thinking it might’ve been a software I’d downloaded counter-reacting to the firewall of the internet.

Nope. it isn’t. It’s the dang Windows 8.1. Although I think the interfacing looks cool- it has made me so mad at times that if it were a person I’d probably smack it in the head. It has frustrated me more times than I care to admit. It’s actually doing it right now. I can’t connect to the internet. So it’s another long night of working from my phone and writing what I need in Word until the internet magically comes back on.

Bluetooth-Enabled
No

S-Video Outputs
None
Connections that deliver separate color and black-and-white video signals through a single cable. S-video connections provide better picture quality than RF and composite video connections but not as good as component video, DVI and HDMI connections.

Speakers
Internal

PCMCIA Slots
None
Slots in notebook computers that accept credit-card-size upgrade cards. Type I is used mostly for memory, Type II for modem, fax and network cards, and Type III for hard drives.

HDMI Output
Yes

USB 2.0 Ports
1 USB 3.0; 1 USB 2.0
Ports that allow high-speed (up to 480 Mbps) data transfer between compatible devices.

My thoughts: USB ports/HDMI

This really surprised me because it only has 2 USB ports. Most computers have at least 3, so this is limited in what you can hook up to it. It isn’t a problem for most, because you can buy hub inserts, but the quality of the ports is what gets me. I’m not even sure they were added correctly because half the time when I connect my Samsung Galaxy S4, it shows it as a CD. I have to keep inserting it until it shows up as the Galaxy.

Even then the connection to the port is iffy. It took me a long while just to download my pictures to the computer because the connection kept going in and out for no reason. I tried to connect my Nokia Lumia Icon and it doesn’t even show that it’s connected. All it does is charge it, so there’s no way for me to get those pictures off except maybe email them to myself or bluetooth them to my Galaxy. Problematic is what it is.

Plus the fact that they are already going out. It’s like the USB port plugs inside the computer are loosening up or something. Nothing will connect right. I try to insert something and I basically have to hold it in and now that doesn’t even seem to be working.

Even if they weren’t going out, the USB ports are too close together. There is no way that I can run two cords or two ANYTHING side by side. They interact with each other. I had a KINIVO Dual Band Wireless N USB Adapter hooked up, yet couldn’t get my very small flash drive inside the second port. So really you only have one, and even that one doesn’t connect right most of the time.

IEEE 1394 FireWire Ports
None
(Also known as FireWire, Apple Computer's trademarked name for IEEE 1394.) High-speed connection that supports data transfer rates of up to 400 Mbps or 800 Mbps (depending on port version).

Parallel Ports
None
Older and relatively slower interface most commonly used to connect a PC to a printer.

Game Ports
None
Jacks for connecting video game controllers.

Buttons-

**My Thoughts

The buttons are kind of clickity clackity. When the house is silent and I stay up late to work, I am super scared I’m going to wake everybody up. The buttons sound hollow and create a loud ruckus. It seriously sounds like a woodpecker pecking wood very loudly from outside the window.

I don’t like that there are no lights on the buttons. My Toshiba had lights on the CAPS lock, num lock, and power buttons- but this one doesn’t. The only way to tell if the CAPS lock is on is to type and see what characters pop up. It can make it extremely frustrating when entering passwords, because I don’t know until I’ve entered that it was on when it shouldn’t have been.

The number of times I’ve entered the wrong password in the last few months is absolutely ridiculous. I just ended up adding a Google Chrome extension that automatically saves my passwords, so I’m not wasting my time and patience.

I do like that it comes with the side (numbered) keys. It makes it so much easier when I am trying to add up my finances and budget within excel. It does have a glitch here too and I still haven’t been able to figure it out. With my Toshiba I could go back and “insert” letters and number if I was typing too fast and got carried away.

This Asus insert somehow comes on and off by itself? I don’t know how and I can’t even figure out how to turn it back on. It is SUCH a hassle when I’m in the middle of writing something. I look and see something messed up, I go back to fix it, and instead of inserting the characters it just types over the words I’ve already written (deleting them completely).

Pointing Device
Touchpad

**My Thoughts: Touchpad

I don’t like this touchpad at all. Sure, it gets the job done (most of the time). The only thing I hate is that I have a horrible time trying to copy and paste stuff, which I have to do quite frequently. The touchpad seems to just lose it’s mind. I try to copy some random reference from the internet into Word and it jumbles it all up.

I can tell that this isn’t going to be one of those that have a long life span. I haven’t had it very long and I already wish it came with at least a USB mouse.

Abco Tech Waterproof Wireless Bluetooth Speaker: Get Your Groove On while Showering

          ABCO tech

diclosure-review giveaway

I don’t know about you, but music is an essential part of my life. I listen to music just about all day, and that includes when I take a shower or bath. The Abco Tech Bluetooth Shower Speaker comes in an assortment of amazing designs and makes it SO easy to jam while in the shower.

Already loving the @abcotech bluetooth wireless shower media player

A photo posted by Jessica Blankenship (@stylishsouthernmama) on

This is a decent speaker, the sound is actually amazing for a speaker of this size. It doesn’t static very often, and picks up a variety of stations which I love. The bluetooth pairs instantly, so you aren’t trying to connect while rushing to jump in the shower for work in the morning. Anytime your phone comes near the phone and it’s on, it will pair instantly after the first connection, which is pretty cool.

I love that I can choose a playlist, listen to the songs I love and skip songs I’m not in the mood for. Before I got this, I’d bring my cell phone into the bathroom and have to listen to whatever was on that playlist. I could’nt grab the phone and change the song while in the middle of a shower. It was inconvienient to do so while taking a bath too, especially since I sit the phone on the counter so I don’t do something stupid and accidentally knock it in the water.

It’s cool to just push a button if I’m not feeling the song, keeps shower time from being boring. It charges with a standard micro USB plug, so you can plug it into your computer USB port. If you have a smartphone that has the disconnecting wall plug, you can connect the speakers USB port into the wall port and charge it like that. Pretty simple and charges extremely fast. The battery isn’t VERY long, but since it comes with a charging cable it doesn’t really matter.

Ever had an important call come in the middle of your shower? What did you do? Let the voicemail pick it up because you didn’t want to risk slipping and breaking an arm? lol. Or did you get out of the shower sopping wet, dry off, just to return the call? What if you didn’t have to do all that? You don’t with this speaker. You can answer calls right from the shower. It’s pretty cool. No more interrupted showers!!

There are only two cons to this speaker. One is that when you turn it on and use FM, it restarts to the beginning of the stations. So you’ll have to search through the stations to find your favorite. I wish it stayed on the same that I was listening to, but it isn’t a big deal either way.

The other is the speaker level. If you adjust the speaker to JUST the right volume for your shower, you’ll have to do it every time. When you turn the speaker off it resets the speaker memory, that has has to be adjusted as well. It doesn’t take a couple seconds, but it can frustrate those in a hurry. It isn’t a problem for me because I take extra time to get my during and after shower stuff ready. If I was in a rush, I probably wouldn’t even think about listening to music in the first place.

It’s definitely worth the money.

  • Compatible with any Bluetooth media player or phone – works great with apple iPhone 5 Siri, Android Devices and phones, Samsung S-Voice, Google
  • Music, Pandora and all other audio APPs on your android or iPhone. 2 Key features where updated 1: The battery was upgraded. 2: The phone volume is now leveled with the music volume
  • Auto Pairing Feature: Pairs your device with the Abco Tech speaker automatically when it is in range of the speaker.
  • Run time: up to 15 hours. (If the unit has not been used for more than 5 days, please charge it before using).
  • Convenient buttons for music and call control while in the shower, at the pool, or in the car!

Motorola MBP36S Remote Wireless Video Baby Monitor

20141028_045839

diclosure-review giveaway

Are you a light sleeper who wakes up to your child’s every roll, whimper, and cry? The Motorola MBP36 Remote Wireless Video Monitor will cure you of those sleepless nights worrying if they are alright. This has so many features that if James Bond had a baby, he’d be sure to want this. Nothing but the best, right?

This monitor is equipped with a 2.4GHz FHSS technology for sound clarity. The sound is dynamic, delivering even the slightest sounds, so that you can be sure that your child is sleeping peaceful and sound. If they cry, you’ll definitely know because the sound comes in loud and clear. You can even hear them taking each tiny little beautiful breath!

I don’t have a baby, although I wish mine were that small again. Time flies, huh? I got this to be able to keep an eye on my kids while they’re playing in their playroom. I can work in my office and see that they are playing without arguing or doing something they shouldn’t be. Kids are tricky little monsters. Playing one minute and then trying to draw on a wall the next. I can now multi-task and get some work done while they’re playing and not worrying.

Display

motorola

It has a 3.5” LCD color display monitor with a kickstand and infared night vision. I can place this on the shelf next to my desk and look over randomly to see where they are. I don’t have to get up and look every 5 minutes to make sure they aren’t trying to wreck havoc and pull out all the toys. It has an impressive range of up to 200 meters with an out of range warning, so that I know the boundaries reach. That’s pretty cool.

Remotely controlled Pan, Tilt, & Zoom

motorola2

I love that this has the remote capability with it. Do you know how awesome it is to be able to have a clear view of the entire playroom? I can move the camera around with the monitor to see the entire room. It has all 4 buttons; up, down, right, and left. No matter where my kids are in the room, I can see them at all times. Makes it so much easier to focus on my work without stressing about what they’re up to. It even has a zoom feature, which works extremely well.

Two-way Communicating

motorola25

It also has two-way communication, which is top-notch. Not only can I hear every little thing they say- I can talk to them. I had issues of them fighting over toys, arguing and such. Now if I hear it, I can warn them that they are about to sit in time out if I hear them arguing again or taking something away from each other. It works so well, that in fact my kids tried to get me to let them use it as a walkie-talkie when we were at supper, haha. Nope, don’t think so.

No Dropped or Mixed Signals, EVER!

The 2.4GHz FHSS technology of this antenna is superb and offers a more reliable wireless connection over previous versions, such as the 900MHz. We have cell phones and wireless internet, and there have never been any mixed signals or the monitor picking up any different signals. No weak or dropped signals either, so that’s a win. Knowing that I’m not missing anything (think of a mixed cell phone signal how the people cut in and out). There has definitely been absolutely none of that. Nothing but pure amazingness from this monitor.

Infared Night Vision

20141028_050110

I also set this up in my sons room when he’s sleeping. He’s 7 but I’m pretty sure he has sleep apnea. There are times that he’s falling alseep beside me and scared me almost to death. It sounded like he was randomly getting short of breath, gasping for breath. Sometimes it sounds like he stops breathing altogether, making me touch him just to make sure he’s OK. This gives me the reassurance I need that he’s alright and breathing. I can place this on my nightstand and see him in full view and hear him breathing.

The resolution at night is awesome, so awesome in fact that I can see Aidans chest rising and falling with each breath. It’s very important to be able to see everything in great detail, and this one never fails. I love that I can watch him sleep without having to bother him with the bright light of a lamp or the nuisance of a night-light.

Sweetly Luring Lullabies & Room Temp Monitor

Although I don’t need the lullaby feature, anybody with a baby would consider this genius. It has 5 built-in polyphonic lullabies built in. You just pick up your handheld device and scroll over to the lullaby section, choosing whichever lullaby suits your baby. It also has a room temp sensor, letting you know at all times how warm or cool it is inside the room. It displays the temperature right on the video screen, so you don’t have to click to view. You can choose to view the temp in Farenheit or Celcius.

You can buy the Motorola MBP365 here.

What would be your favorite features? What would you use this for?

MyCharge.com Energy Shot Portable Rechargeable Smartphone Charger

 mycharge p

diclosure-review giveaway

Holiday season is near, which means it’s time to stock up on gear. The upside of living in a tech world with so many digital devices such as tablets and smartphones is knowledge. We have so much potential lying at our fingertips just waiting to be typed into a search engine. We can read as many books as we want without lugging around all those books. The downside is that they die, unlike books.

I am a reader by nature, I love to read. I spend most of my time reading. I love to learn but when I’m waiting at the doctors office I just can’t whip out a textbook and read it. I mean, I CAN but I can’t stick in my purse can I? My smartphone is my lifeline as a writer, so don’t need the battery drained and no way to charge it. I also let my kids play games, read books, and do learning apps on my phone, so that means extra drainage.

               Mycharge2

Now I don’t have to worry about it. The My Charge Energy Shot is the right name for this portable battery charger. It’s about the size of a real energy shot, which is amazing. I can carry this even in the smallest pocket of my purse. There are other battery chargers out there, but I don’t think I’ve seen one quite this small before. It works efficiently, quickly, and takes up almost no space. WIN!

mycharge

The Mycharge Energy Shot comes in different colors, but I received the black one with the silver tip. It resembles a larger version of an AA battery, which is pretty cool. Silver on one end, black on the other. It retails for about $25 and comes with 9+ hours of talk time (while being connected to your phone) and 7+ hours of browsing on a 3G network. My phones are both 4G so we get about 5.5-6 hours of browsing when we’re connected. Just depends on what your phone browsing network is.

It is nothing short of amazing. Big punch in such a small device. It works with any smartphone, which is also a win. I have a Galaxy S4 & my hubs has a Nokia Lumia Icon and it charges both very quickly. My phone was on 35% and I really needed to do some research for a craft piece I’m working on. I connected this and it was 40% within 5 minutes of me scrolling and reading a ton of websites which was pretty cool.

I love that it doesn’t get got when it’s charging, which makes it easier to place in a hoodie or jacket pocket. It has multiple levels of protection from getting overheated and spazzing out or shortcirciting. I absolutely love that it has a light indicator at the top of the battery. It shows different colored lights depending on how charged it is. Makes it so much easier to know when it needs to be plugged up. I don’t unexpectedly have to deal with a dead phone AND dead charger, whew would that be horrible.

There are three way that this can be recharged. It comes with a short recharging cord, but my Galaxy S4 charger recharges it as well. Just place the smaller side of the USB cord into the mycharge port. You can then attach the other larger side of the cord to a computer USB port, a car charger port, or even a wall charger port. Simple and easy with a variety of options, my kind of amazing right there.

Adam loves this mycharge Energy Shot. He works 12 hours at a factory and it gets extremely boring. He doesn’t work somewhere where there could be emergencies, so they are allowed to wear headphone earbuds in one ear. He listens to music and football/basketball games while he works, so it can drain his battery throughout that 12 hours. He gets an hour lunch, so he also watches movies on his phone, so that drains the battery life as well.

He was having to put the phone in the truck after his lunch break (connected to our car charger) so that he could use it later on in the night. We have a portable phone charger but it’s actually pretty big. It isn’t something he could connect and put in his pocket, to charge while working though. This one he said is perfect. He can connect this one, putting both his phone and the charger in his pocket without it being bulky.

Sol Republic Deck Bluetooth Speaker

deck sol republic
diclosure-review giveaway

The Deck by Sol Republic is a Bluetooth speaker that has forever change how I listen to music. The flat lightweight design and bright color gives this speaker a modern, edgy look that most speakers don’t. It only weighs 11.5 ounces and is very slim, which makes it easier to put in my purse or bag for on-the-go music!

deck black deck red

Ya’ll know lime green is my favorite color, so I was stoked to see that it was a color option. I jumped right in for the lime. If you aren’t into lime like I am the speaker is available in 3 other colors, which are just as pretty. It’s available in blue, red, and black (and of course lime).

I had absolutely no problem connecting to the Decks’ Bluetooth. It popped up and synced right away and shows “Deck” which can be changed if you wish. Don’t let the small size fool you, it has huge sound for such a small package.

It has the ability to connect via NFC, which is where you touch the speaker straight to your phone. I have an Otterbox on my phone, so I’d rather connect Bluetooth rather than take my case off every time. It only takes a second either way, so it doesn’t really matter HOW you connect.

It also has a “heist mode” with allows up to 5 people to connect to it at the same time and add their own song choice. Cool, huh? This is great for any kind of get together; whether it’s a holiday, birthday party, or just a regular party. Everybody gets a chance to listen to what they want, no complaining! Woot.

I am loving how long this stays charged. It automatically tells you how full the battery is when you turn it on. For instance it’ll say “fully charged” “half charged” or “needs charging”. I love this feature, because I know how long before I have to charge it back up. It also will play WHILE charging, which is cool. AND if you run off without your charger, it can be charged with most phone chargers (My Galaxy S4 and Nokia Icon charger will charge it up).

I am in LOVE with this speaker. It goes everywhere with me. I love plugging this up to my Iheartradio app and just letting the songs play while I work. Gives amazing sound and is very high quality.

I have always preferred an android to anything else. I love the Google sync feature. I can access everything I need right from my phone. Gmail, Calendar, and Google Play. There’s no app in this world you can’t find on Google Play and most of them are free. I’ve had a Nokia Icon (Windows OS) and the apps are totally different. I would choose android hands down every time.

The phone is always fast and reliable. Downloading apps, watching a Youtube video, or uploading pictures- the Galaxy S4 never lets you down. Some apps will let you listen to music or radio stations, and it never hesitates or takes very long to load. It’s also awesome to download books and listen to them while you’re working or talking a jog around the block.

The camera on the Samsung Galaxy S4 is an amazing 13-megapixel camera with simultaneous dual photo capture. I am loving the “speech” part of the camera. I no longer have to hold the phone at an awkward angle just to get the right shot. There’s no need to even touch the camera button. The camera responds to me saying “smile” “capture” or “take picture”. That is spoiling me right there! That’s exactly what I needed, lol.

Did I mention that there are 2 cameras? Both front and back. The front is great for selfies (if you do that sort of thing lol). The front faced camera is only 2MP and doesn’t contain a flash, but you can’t tell. The images are still sharp and in focus.

Organized

A good phone is like the memory you don’t have. It helps keep me organized on the go. It helps to have everything right there on hand. My Calendar, planner, to-do lists, and emails. I had it all written down but it’s just so much easier to just get notifications. I’m pretty sure there isn’t anything this phone can’t do. It might actually transform when I sleep, who knows? It’s that freaking awesome!

I can check my Paypal and transfer or send money straight from my phone. I can email anybody at anytime, even emailing pictures is super fast and easy! Being organized never looked so good!

Did you know that you can now bring your own phone to Net10 Wireless?
